Stayed Sep 26, 2025Everything was exactly as advertised. Perfect spot. We stayed while attending family weekend at St Bonaventure - was only 30 minutes from campus. Will certainly be back.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026Host was easy to contact and helpful. Hot tub was broken when we arrived but the host came out and got it running for the back portion of our stay. The front porch did get super icy with the snow melting off the roof. Overall good stay

Stayed Dec 20, 2024Great property with a gas fireplace and large hot tub. It was a bit musty and the furniture is dated, but they are renovating a little at a time per some of his comments. We had a lovely time- quiet neighborhood with a park in the back. You could walk to town which was nice.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024Not bad, attended a party away from the house most of the time. Hot tube was nice but not very private, neighbors only a couple feet away, nice view of park behind.
