Home was simply perfect and we had the best time visiting Bayside in the offseason. The homeowners were extremely responsive and we look forward to staying again in the future.

My wife and I had a great week at Bayside. This property was extremely clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. It was a short drive to Sun Ridge pool. We had some very minor issues, but Mike was quick to respond with solutions. In fact communication with Mike was quick and easy. This house is beautifully decorated. Our only concern was living room furniture was different than the photo on VRBO. Probably wouldn’t be a problem for younger folks, but was a challenge for us seniors. All in all though this was a great place.

Dana and Mike’s home was wonderful! Very clean and spacious! We went with our 3 year old and she loved all the toys in the garage and it was so nice to have the beach toys as well (we forgot ours back home!). Everything you could need was provided. Dana was very kind and responsive to my texts! Will love to stay again next year!

We have rented other homes in the past and this townhouse is the best property so far. We loved our stay. It was very clean and close to everything Bayside has to offer. The owners were a text message away if we needed anything. We loved the coastal feel in every room. We hope to return to this townhouse again someday.

We have visited at Bayside for several years and this was by far our favorite stay. We were lucky to have beautiful weather, but the accommodations were what really stood out. Mike and Dana share their lovely home with guests and are so easy to communicate with. Bayside offers many amenities and we were able to make use of them all - from swimming, to kayaking, paddleboarding and crabbing at the Point, to exercising at the gym, dining at Signatures and 38 Degrees and even enjoying a show at the Freeman Stage. The townhouse is stocked with many things to help make your stay easier and more enjoyable. We rode the bikes that were provided, used the beach chairs and umbrella to go to the beach, and the home had everything that you would need to feel at home. Couldn't ask for anything else and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Mike and Dana!

My husband and I just returned from a week at this fantastic townhome in Bayside. The house is very clean and spacious with beautiful decor. It was also one of the best stocked rentals we've ever seen. The hosts truly thought of everything. Mike and Dayna were great hosts who were very communicative and happy to answer any questions. It was clearly important to them that we enjoyed our stay. The location of the house within the Bayside community was perfect for us. It was an easy bike ride to all of the amenities. We often rode the bikes they provided down to the Point to enjoy the view of the bay. Beach access was an easy drive to Fenwick Island State Park. We highly recommend this rental - you won't be disappointed!

This place was as close to perfect as you can get. Very clean, toys for the kids, extra beach chairs, bikes. The owners, Dana and Mike were very professional and communicated well. Will definitely stay here again.

To say we were happy with our rental is an understatement. The owners have a great property in the bayside golf community with lots to do on site as well as near by OCMD/ Fenwick etc. We have stayed at more than an half dozen bayside properties over the years an d this one takes the cake. Owners were very swift with communication which we were glad for. We had a great week with my parents, and our two kids under 10. The rooms were very spacious and clean! The back porch with propane fire pit and seating was a plus! Grill looked brand new! Very very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this place to future renters! Thanks Dana and Mike!

Greeted by the scent of magnolias, the home has lovely coastal decor and is in pristine condition. Best stocked of any home I have stayed in, from the kitchen to the sports equipment. Homeowners were easy to work with and their welcome notebook was often consulted! The five of us agreed that we must come back and enjoy the home, the pools, kayaking, the fire pit, the convenience of the grocery store, and our traditional 1,000 piece vacation puzzle on the dining table.

Very nice home with all of the necessities from beach chairs, toys, kids cups/bowls/utensils and games. Really nice outdoor area with electric fireplace. Would definitely rent again.
