3 Bedroom Townhouse Close to the Beach+ Barbecue

The villa was well appointed, spacious & clean in a beautiful setting. The well kept gardens & pool area were a delight. It’s in a quiet location and we enjoyed listening to the birdsong while relaxing on the spacious terrace. There is a small supermarket, bars & restaurants nearby which will cater for most needs. We didn’t drive there but found it easy to arrange taxis to visit places neaby such as Olhos d’Agua & Vilamoura, or to ‘do a bigger shop’ at larger supermarkets. Isabel was extremely helpful and arranged transfers for us from Faro airport. She made sure the holiday went smoothly & was stress free. Thank you Isabel!

Great location 200m from beach. Well equipped, plenty of privacy for 5 people. You can walk to local mini supermarket that has pretty much everything. Ok restaurants in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of spending my vacation in a holiday home in Albufeira, located in the beautiful Algarve region of Portugal. I must say that my stay at Mrs. Baroni's holiday home was absolutely fantastic. The house itself was stunning and had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The interior design was stylish and modern, and it was evident that a lot of attention to detail went into the house's design. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location of the holiday home was perfect. It was situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still providing easy access to the surrounding attractions. The nearest beach was just a short walk away, and I enjoyed taking morning strolls by the sea and soaking in the fresh ocean breeze. Mrs. Baroni was a wonderful host. She was very friendly, helpful, and made sure that I had everything I needed. She provided valuable recommendations and ensured that I felt completely at ease. Overall, my stay at the holiday home in Albufeira was an absolute delight. I highly recommend it and would definitely return. Thank you, Mrs. Baroni, for this wonderful experience!

It was everything we needed for a three generation family vacation. Large rear patio with lots of furniture and large umbrella, large grass area and a pool within the complex. The location is quiet and away from the action. There is a small grocery store, cafes and bars at easy walking distance. The home is large and spacious. Best of all, the walk to the beach is 400 m on the flat, then down about 60 m on stairs. We walked to Quateria along the informal trails along the shore line cliffs.

Everything about our one week stay was first class. Isabel had arranged for our transfer from Faro Airport. A lovely gentleman called Carlos met us at the house and showed us around. The villa was well furnished, clean and well equipped. The pool was a fantastic few steps away and was a very refreshing break from the heat. The beach was a 5-10 minutes walk and was also beautiful. There are two steep staircases constructed to get down from the cliff tops. There are no showers or toilets on the beach, that we saw anyway. There are toilets in the small cliff top bar, which is accessed by the smaller staircase. The local bars and restaurants were only a 5 minute walk from the house and there is a good selection. We cannot recommend this place enough and have already enquired about booking next year. The host Isabel was always at hand if we had any questions and helped us out massively on our last day, when we needed to lose a few hours, due to a late flight. Thank you so much Isabel and Carlos

Great holiday in unexpected November weather. Sunshine every day. Villa was spacious and had everything you needed (apart from a corkscrew and chopping board ). Villa was spotless on arrival and we were met by a lovely gentleman Carlos who met us later than planned. Superb location. Shop close by and 5 minute walk to the beach. Great runs along the coast and walked to Vilamora a few times where we had a fabulous meal. Portugal is a lovely country. Friendly people and appeared reasonably priced on local food and supermarkets. The pool was cold so didn’t use it that much. The sea was our pool. Would definitely love to return and bring some more family and friends. Thank you :)

This is a fabulous villa in a super location, the villa was spotless on arrival, had everything you could need and a stunning swimming pool and south facing garden which was perfect for evening barbecues. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a family break away. The villa is located less than 5 minutes walk from a well stocked supermarket as well as a number of authentic restaurants. The fabulous Playa Falesia beach is approx 10 minutes away. We will visit again!

We had a very comfortable stay at your house! Everything was clean and had everything we needed. The pool , wich is shared, was excellent . We had it to ourselves the entire stay. The beach, supermarket and restaurants are about a 5 minutes walk away. Will certainley recommend this house to family and friends.
