3 Bedroom Townhome with Heated Pool!

Great place to stay.

The townhome is a wonderful 3 bedroom in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to biking and hiking trails, St. George, state and national parks. The beds are very comfortable! There was plenty of parking and the garage was large enough for our bikes and a car. The kitchen and pantry needs a deep clean and updated cookware. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool facilities; however, the area looked nice. The host was very responsive and corresponded prior to and during the stay.

Property was easy to locate and clean, plenty of room and easy driving to the golf courses and local attractions. Highly recommend if you’re in the St George area!

Great place

Great location and really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room for our family with enough space for everyone. Heated pool within walking distance and plenty of lounging chairs. Only suggestion is that the kitchen needs more plates and cups. There were only 3-4 small glasses and maybe should have some plastic tumblers for children to use.

Home is in a good location and clean, not stocked in kitchen and bathroom supplies all though the kitchen had great appliances. Thanks for the great stay.

The place was in a great location and generally clean. It could use a bit of a furniture refresh to some more comfortable living room furniture and the tv was not able to stream most streaming apps, so that was a bit disappointing. But overall it was clean and in a nice community and a met our needs.

Very nice place. It had everything we needed for a week long family getaway and MTB trip. The garage was a big plus and our son-in-law loved the pool.

Overall we liked the location and layout of the townhome. It was just OK in cleanliness and really needs a deep clean (carpets and some surfaces looking dingy and stained - not everything looked like it had been cleaned thoroughly before our stay). The dishwasher hadn't been emptied and so I got to empty the previous user's dishes. My bedding in the master was either stained or dirty... hoping it was stains but either way not what I wanted to see.

The place was clean, but I thought it was a two bedroom and it only had one bedroom. We tried to get the TV to work for three days finally the last day it worked.

Everything from restaurants or grocery store were 5-10 minute distance. Very easy to communicate with Tyler the owner, with a quick response always. I would definitely go back again. My kids loves the pool as it was walking distance.

Clean, well organized and nicely appointed property in a quiet community. No issues or problems encountered—everything was just as described. Will stay here again in the future if in the area.
