Stayed Jan 6, 2017The town home was exactly as advertised. We stayed for a month and had absolutely no issues with the home, the included facilities ( pool, workout room ), or neighbors. Doug was available, checking in a couple times while we were there to make sure everything was okay. I can confidently recommend this property for anyone looking to spend time in the Phoenix area. Thanks Doug and Karen for sharing your home with us.

Stayed Mar 12, 2016we spent a week in March of 2016 at the townhouse and enjoyed it very much. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had about the unit and the city. We were there for KC Royals spring training. The townhouse is about a mile from the stadium and we walked several times -- it was a very pleasant walk with sidewalks. The unit had a garage for our car and we used the garage door opener to enter and leave which was very convenient. We also enjoyed sitting by the pool and on their patio. it was located close to several shopping centers and restaurants. There is a regional park about a 20 minute drive where we enjoyed an easy 2 mile hike in the desert. I would definitely recommend this unit to friends and family .
