If you’re looking for a tropical living away from it all, but want modern amenities and fantastic water sports at your doorstep, you've found the right villa.
Sea Breeze is a newly built three-bedroom home, enveloped in lush vegetation inside one of Antigua’s most exclusive resorts. It is surrounded in a quiet, tranquil setting, nestled among the five-star facilities of the acclaimed Nonsuch Bay Resort.
Soak up the rays on the sun-drenched deck – secluded behind glorious mangroves - before cooling off in your own private pool.
Curl up with a book from the comfort of the shaded verandah, entertain guests in the breezy, sociably-designed open-plan interior, or take in the stunning vistas from the balcony.
Inside, with the focus on clean, crisp lines, contemporary appliances and uber-cool décor, this is island living at its finest. The living, dining and kitchen areas have been thoughtfully placed upstairs, benefiting from the sweeping views and high ceilings. Also upstairs is a guest bedroom, the perfect space to double up as a study or den. The guest bathroom benefits from a shower.
Downstairs, two more spacious bedrooms are complemented by deluxe supersize en-suite bathrooms.
Won over yet The icing on the cake could be the resort’s award-winning restaurants and abundant watersports facilities - or perhaps beautiful world-famous Half Moon Bay beach, just a stone’s throw away from your new home.
Mid week maid service provided for week long stays, master bedroom has Jacuzzi bath, sun loungers and gas BBQ, wifi,
beach towels available at resort.
First impressions- a lovely villa. My experience in this villa was ok. One thing i would say is, it’s FAR! if you don’t mind staying at the villa then it’s fine. So you Do need a car to get around. At night driving to the villa, you have to be weary of the roads as the drivers can be reckless. I communicated with Necole and Tewana who are very lovely people (mother and daughter). They ensured my stay was good and made sure everything was ok.- Thank you! I’ll start with the WiFi situation- it’s Ridiculous! WiFi is VERY limited, you have to go upstairs to make a phone call- downstairs doesn’t work great. When I booked it wasn’t very descriptive as previous villas it is well informed. There is no washing machine( please invest in this) Freetown is very rainy at the time of August and it rained nearly everyday. unfortunately as the sheets and towels got washed myself and my family were left with minimal bedding. As I know most villas are well equipped with sheets and towels etc.. it wasn’t. we were reassured we was ok for the night. I was pissed! ( it’s not there fault, their doing there best and managing with what they have) luxury villas are well equipped- it’s not luxury. As it rained the front of the house got flooded. We couldn’t go anywhere. Our last night there was some sort of animal in the roof. Managing team was notified plus the owner. I am STILL awaiting a response. Overall our stay was ok. I personally would not go back as it’s too far from everything.
Very clean and confirtable house, Necole the housekeeper is super helpful with any question. Non such bay is a little far from the main beaches and restaurants but one of our favorite ones, half moon bay beach is around 20 minutes by car. You definetely need a car to go around Antigua to explore the island but keep in mind its British style, you keep left!
First off special thanks to Necole. She was the best and her hospitality was above and beyond. If I could live here I definitely would. The home is beautiful and has everything you need. Very clean. The pool guys came out to clean the pool for us. We cooked breakfast every morning and the view from the deck is the best place to have breakfast to start a beautiful day in Antigua. Definitely book this place!
We stayed for 5 nights. There were 3 adults and 3 children aged 1 1 7. We had an amazing time. We hired a car which is essential as the villa is located on the quiet side of the island. However the drives through the island were breath taking. This is the first time we have not stayed in a all inclusive resort. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. The management team are brilliant are on hand to deal with any questions you may have. There is also security present on the gate when you arrive and leave. The only downside we had Limited WiFi. But the only inconvenience that cause us was not being able to phone family at home. Would highly recommend the villa to all ages you won't be disappointed. Thank you for usm
Thanks Bryan and Shennese. The property is a perfect mix of a home from home and a luxury holiday. We split our time at two properties between Bryan's place on the wilder east of the and then the west. Each has its own appeal but don't let the idea of it being remote put you off - the property is surrounded by the most stunning scenery and the sense of privacy is unparalleled
I went to Antigua on a whim for my 28th birthday; not knowing much about the country / island, so was a little unsure when booking everything. I was completely blown away by how luxurious the house + amenities felt, and it was all very simple - but selectively simple to heighten the experience. You could feel the attention and intention that the owners had infused into the home + not to mention the absolutely stellar attentiveness from the housekeeper, Necole + her really lovely niece, Sheenese. Absolutely would recommend this home to everyone, but with a good note to GET A CAR!! The resort the property is on, is absolutely stunning...but it's by the cliffy edges of the island, so you absolutely need a vehicle if you want to grab dinner / drinks / beach time at Rokuni (which is on the resort, and a good HEFTY hike up the steep hillside that the rest of the resort is on!!). Bryan was super kind and offered the services of Dorcy (Pete's Taxi and Car Rentals) - she'll drop a car off + will pick you up / drop you off anywhere you need. Everyone and everything was so welcoming - I can't wait to go back. Thank you again to the Williams family + all the people who helped us along the way.
Nicole was a perfect contact
Great villa, great host, great break, thank you.
A wonderful house in a lovely are on the quietest part of the Island. We were looking for a special holiday and this property helped over-achieve our hopes!
We stayed at this villa for two lovely weeks in January 2020. Bryan was very accommodating before and during our stay, providing recommendations and amenities. The villa is exactly as advertised. The villa manager Nicole was very helpful as well. She provided a nice welcome package and helped us book a rental car thru the villa (Jerry’s taxi and car rental) which was very convenient - jerry dropped off a car at the villa and also gave us a ride to the airport on our final day. Thank you Bryan and Co for an excellent vacation.
