Vintage Beach Cottage with Cozy Vibes and cute Separate Casita. Pet Friendly!

Super cute, clean, great communication.

First, Rita was great when it came to communication - she replied to a request within 15 mins and gave a great detailed response that addressed our concern. The property itself could use some upkeep: the doors and transoms don’t seal properly and as a result we dealt with a good amount of mosquitos (one evening I swatted 8 in our bedroom and 3 in our kids bedroom. We also had some drainage issues with the shower - after three showers (back to back) there was standing water that wasn’t draining, which wasn’t the most pleasant experience. To be fair, Rita acknowledged the problem and said she’d call a plumber, but the person never showed.

Just the right size for our baseball week in Vero Beach. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Great styling in the home too!

We enjoyed our stay at Rita’s home . The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. It was just a short drive to the beach . Also close to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Rita was very thoughtful and responded quickly to our questions.

The cottage was delightful. Good location, close to everything. Hosts were great to work with, easy to contact and quick to answer questions

Lovely spot shower is a challenge number of guests to sleep is inaccurate outside could use a little cleanup!

It was an older home but decorated nicely, had everything fora short stay and so convenient.

Beautiful home but…property was not cleaned outside, trees falling on my car. One bedroom smelled like dog. Not prepared for Florida storms arriving aka trimming trees. Not stocked with toilet paper. Paper towels etc. Would not stay again

Charming, lovely outdoor patio space, and close to everything, including the beach. Rita was helpful and great with prompt communication. Very enjoyable!

House was clean but outside looked overgrown. At night we had a large four legged visitor

Cottage is old and homey which makes one comfortable, or at least me. Nice and roomy, 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Casita and particularly the covered patio area was a bonus and under which I did much reading. The location was great for me, some may find the railroad noise a bit annoying but for me, no problem. Price was great and I would book again. So, yes I would recommend this location for a relaxing stay in Vero.

We stayed at Rita’s cottage while moving into a new home. It was really comfortable and had great space for our dog, too. Cottage charm with modern amenities!
