3 bedroom ranch on the pond, close to Downtown & Old Hickory Lake. Pool.

The house was great for our family gathering with relatives in Old Hickory and was convenient to downtown too! Very quiet neighborhood and the pond and surrounding area made for beautiful scenery while hanging out on the deck!

We went to the colts vs titans game and wanted a place close. Plenty of room, clean, grill, deer, and great fishing out of the pond. Dad caught a 5.5 lb large mouth. My dad and son had a great time. If we do this trip again we will be back!

This is a beautiful, well appointed house. It was very clean and comfortable and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very friendly and gave us all the information we needed well ahead of time. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable. Each room was clean with very comfortable beds and nice bedding. Thought each bedroom had their own tv but not really of issue.

Wonderful for a quick get away with my husband and adult children. Spacious rooms and loved the lake.

House and neighborhood were great! Clean, quiet, and beautiful! Be careful of the deer roaming when driving in the morning or evening as they love to go down near the lake.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and there was plenty of sleeping room for the 8 of us.

The property was just as pictured! The place was very clean and had everything we needed. My family loved having the pond right out the back door to be able to fish. The neighborhood pool was a nice size and very clean. The subdivision was very quiet and safe. Would highly reccomend, especially for families!

We had a wonderful time. Its hard to summarize which was the best part, as we enjoyed fishing in the pond just as much as swimming in the pool. Relaxation was the key. The only downfall, it was not long enough. A longer stay was needed!

This property was exactly as advertised by the owner. Everything was what we expected and even better. Very well kept and the area was very nice. I walked through the neighborhood and found the local residents very friendly. People would say hello and wave, not what I am used to where I am from. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Roomy, clean, quite, & 10 minutes from the venue was a fabulous plus. Then watching the wildlife around the pond behind the property during morning coffee sitting on the deck was the icing on the cake !

We ended up getting to the area a little early and it was teaming rain and the owners allowed us to check in early, which was amazing. Very cute place and perfect for what we were looking for highly recommend.

Our friend group was in town to participate in Steven Curtis Chapman’s induction into the Grand Ole Opry. This wonderful house provided close accommodations that allowed us to easily and quickly get to the show and also to “hang out”, play games, and just enjoy our time together. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed for our short stay. I highly recommend this house for those who want a family-friendly lodging option that is close to all the fun things Nashville has to offer.

Neighborhood quiet and friendly. Easy access to downtown Nashville. We played pickleball every morning. One disappointment was condition of tennis court and pool being closed. Court was run down and the net was saggy and old. Buzzards hang out there. But we made it work. Host was very responsive. Overall we had a really good time. Would recommend this property to families.

As advertised. Close to everything. Didn't use pool or any other amenities. No ceiling fans in bedrooms, which some might like (note: the listing did not say anything about them, but just noting their absence). Good fit for us.
