Stayed Feb 1, 2026We were not told we could not receive mail so our mail was delayed for 2 months. The thermostat was difficult to manage, and the closet in the master bedroom could not be used. The home was not depicted as displayed on the website. The furniture was uncomfortable especially the couch.The worst part was the unclean kitchen, with old pots and pans that were so dirty they stuck to the cupboard. Utensils were returned to drawers still unclean. We had a family emergency and had to leave two weeks early. We informed the host but she would not return any of our money.

Stayed Oct 24, 2024The property is close to both the airport and family. There is shopping and many dining options nearby. April was a delight to work with, I would definitely stay again. Less than a 1/2 hour to the Everbank Stadium. Packers 30 Jaguars 27
