Stayed Feb 6, 2026Great condo, close to town and the ski slopes. It had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend away! Definitely need 4x4 for winter weather, but the surroundings were beautiful!

Stayed Dec 29, 2025This is a cute place tucked away in Banner Elk and really close to Sugar and Hawksnest. We had six people and had a very comfortable stay. There was a small issue but Dena solved it the same day!

Stayed Dec 26, 2025The place is amazing. Everything was perfect. The only thing that needed attention was hot water and door locks. Hot water was not enough for 3 couples. Also, the king room and first floor bathroom door didn't lock.

Stayed Oct 17, 2025The stream behind the property was lovely! Loved that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Only complaint is that there was no under cabinet lighting and the microwave light didn’t work so it was a bit dark using the cooktop. Otherwise, it was a great experience!
