3-bedroom modern home with private pool and dog friendly

The pool & backyard are beautiful. There was plenty of room for my dogs to play while we enjoyed the pool.

The property was very clean and well equipped with essentials for a little get away. Recommend to others and will consider staying next time in the area if available.

Loved the house, nice pool

The home is beautiful and from a quick glance on arrival, looked clean. Once we started cooking and getting comfortable, we noticed that pretty much all the dishes in the cabinets were put away dirty (like just cooked on dirty, still with grease in the pots), and the main shower still had hair on the wall, bobby pins on the seat, and pee on the toilet seat. The property has a high chair listed as an amenity so we didn’t bring ours, just to find that there was NOT a high chair there, and had to wait days to get a response on them confirming there is no high chair available even though it’s listed(also no reimbursement for the unexpected expense due to false amenity listed). All together, the pool was wonderful and if it weren’t for the pool, I would give this home a 1 star. Just be prepared to do a bit of cleaning, know that you will be waiting on a response from their property management for any questions because you cannot contact them directly, and it will be a good trip.

There were ants inside the pantry and on the counters. Also ants all over the back porch so could not walk barefoot on the concrete. The toilet flusher wasn’t working and nobody fixed it after calling several times. The beds were very uncomfortable. The dryer broke but it was fixed within 24 hours. The pool and amenities were very nice! The furinjture was a little run down .

When we arrived, we were extremely happy with how beautiful and open the house was. The salt water pool and outside sitting area/landscaping was gorgeous. We enjoyed the many amenities that were available.One of the first issues we noticed when unpacking was the amount of ants in the pantries, cabinets and counters. We were actually unable to use the pantry due to the amount of ants that got into our food. Also, we were unable to walk barefoot on the back porch and had to have sandals nearby the pool because of the crazy amount of ants that were all over the outdoor rug, out door seats, and patio. We still enjoyed the pool.The next thing we noticed was that we were unable to dry our clothes because the dryer (although a very nice appliance) was giving an error. We were able to contact the manager and this problem was addressed the same day. The flusher on the toilet in the master bedroom was stuck and when opening the back tank noticed that the plastic had eroded. We called twice about this issue but it was never addressed our entire stay. We were told they came and looked at it, but it was never fixed and we had to open the tank to flush. The beds were so uncomfortable. It wasn’t mentioned in the ad that one of the bedrooms only had a day bed with a pullout twin. This was very difficult and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, never sent an email about late checkout, even though rep said we should have. Overall bugs, bad beds, broken appliances but nice pool!

The house was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood, some amenities weren’t available like original showed in pictures of the house. Overall was still a great time for me and my family.

It was a perfect house for us! Plenty of space for family of 5, lots of games, pool was great, fenced yard for our dog, and the location to all the things we wanted to do in Corpus. (10-20 mins to beach, Aquarium, Lexington, Art Museum, etc. We did have an issue with ants, which is the only reason I didn’t give a 5. However, we would book the house if available the next time we are in Corpus.

The location and actual house is exactly what we were wanting in a stay. The location was perfect for us to go downtown, go shopping, and go to the island/beach. The bed (master) was very comfy. Some of the furniture has definitely seen better days but overall a comfortable stay.
