10/10 Exceptionally Magnificent Home in the City of Holmes Beach (A.M.I) My family and fur babies had the most memorable and extraordinary month at The Key Royale home. This listing is definitely on point with what you see listed, and perhaps beyond that in person. I can 100% tell you that The Florida Island Rental Group worked tirelessly to have this home in superior conditions. Our family enjoyed every piece of amenities this house had to offer! The amount of cooking materials and kitchen equipment that was provided for us, made for easy dining at this slice of heaven. This house was meticulously detailed oriented and catered to our needs for our extended stay. Did I mention this home is also currently listed for sale? I could only wish I was brave enough to leave my home here up North. I can’t tell you enough how shocked and stunned I was as we opened the front door to our home away from home. It was breathtaking, and comforting to know this would be where we’d spend the last month of 2024!The open concept of the house with two large sliding doors that opens into the serene yard, amazing! The pictures did not do it justice. The weather was slightly cold for our stay, but it was definitely a great treat to have a heated pool. We had many outings of dining, and shopping and sightseeing to support the local businesses. This house fell short of nothing! Thank you to the owner for opening your home to our family. The owner was very gracious to allow us to rent for this extended time. From the moment we entered the home, everything was pristine. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bedrooms were very well appointed with comfortable mattress and pillows. The back yard and beautiful pool area was private & perfect for our two dogs. It is a perfect & quiet location.
