Reviewer Comments: We keep returning to Anna Maria on a yearly basis and for the first time ever we decided on a property off the island. What can we say – we couldn’t have chosen any better. The house was incredibly well maintained, had great appliances, and the outdoor area was just unbelievable beautiful. And after all – only a 10-minute ride to AMI. We will be back again for sure.

The property was better than expected; it was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfy and it contained everything you need. The highlight was the pool, which was exceptional. A short drive to Anna Maria Island and its glorious beaches, boat trips, restaurants and ice-cream parlours! Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024House was exactly as pictured! Clean, beautiful and the pool was the crown jewel! My kids LOVED playing in that gorgeous pool. Neighborhood was nice and quiet too. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 24, 2024The house and property were great however when we arrived the three trash cans were full of rotten food and maggots. The floors were also dirty. The property manager needs to do better when it comes to making sure house keeping items are taken care of.

We had understood that the pool would be heated up to 82 degrees but it was not heated at all. We arrived late Saturday and contacted the mgmt but did not receive a response and had to call again Monday morning. Once contacted, they were very helpful in resolving the pool issue. The home was very clean and stocked with plenty of items for cooking. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood. My family is already saying we should book it again for another visit!!
