The location is 10/10 with a short walk to the beach or pool. Cleanliness I would rate the home 8/10, it was nice/clean but a few areas could be tended to a little more thoroughly. The home did not have any beach gear to use, so if you are wanting beach chairs, wagon, etc. plan to bring your own. Overall it was a very nice stay and we would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and comfortable stay at Good Times. The kitchen is perfect for handling more than 1 chef in the kitchen. Inside and outside seating can handle large families. I greatly appreciated that the kitchen was well-stocked with plates and cups. The multi-level balconies worked out great for our family. Exactly what I wanted for a beach house on the Lake! We hope to return.

Our family of 10 were very comfortable at this location. Easy to locate, easy toget to amenities and the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed with this home. The outdoor entrance and balconies were full of spider webs and what I thought were mosquitos but I was told they were a different type of flying insects. It prevented us from enjoying the outdoor lounge areas on the main floor and on the second floor on the first evening and following morning. The bedrooms and bathroom located on the main floor just beyond the front door also had flying insects all over that first night. The management office however was wonderful in getting the area treated the following day and it made a world of difference for the remainder of our stay.The furniture is dated and not very comfortable. The master bedroom did not have a dresser or a closet for us to use. The closet in the room had a keypad that the owner did not give us access to. Once again, the management office was very helpful in getting a clothing rack for us right away, but it took me 30 minutes to build. The layout of the home was also not ideal. We have been visiting Beachwalk for several summers now and have always enjoyed the homes. Good Times will not be home we will rent again.
