3-bedroom house with theater-game room-pet friendly in beautiful Fennville

Beautiful quiet property with plenty of activities at the house for the full family. My young child specifically loved the garage game room and movie room downstairs. Comfortable clean rooms. Nice layout overall.

There was enough room for all 8 of us adults to sleep and move around. There is room to sit outside and relax. We enjoyed games in the basement. We played some games in the garage also. We were so busy we didn't get any pictures.

We had a great long weekend stay at Casa Vicinity Alla Vigna. The house is nicely updated and decorated, and everything was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one needs and an ample supply of the basics, well beyond what many owners provide. The owners also left us a nice welcome gift of a drink and s’mores. The theater, hot tub, and game room were all big hits with my kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

This property was fantastic and the host was great with their communication. The house was spacious, the game room was great for the kids and the location can’t be beat. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near Saugatuck.

We spent 5 days during Spring Break here and it was an absolutely lovely stay! The setting is magical, the grounds are well kept, the house is true to all the photos and actually I found even nicer than the photos can depict. It was well stocked with most things we needed. The bedrooms bathrooms and kitchen had all we needed, and the movie room was amazing! We used the old time popcorn maker and our girls loved the touches of tbe snack jars and gumball machine. The highlight was the game room- so so cool and we spent hours in there, which was great bc the weather was cold and rainy. The fire pit amd hot tub were also super fun. The host was very responsive, helpful and so easy to communicate with. The location is great as it’s a quick drive to get to Saugatuck or South Haven and the house is just a 5 minute walk from the inland lake. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to our friends and family!

I would highly recommend this house! We just stayed at this house during our Spring Break with our teenagers. This is a great house in a beautiful location near vineyards. We had fun watching TV in the theater room with the popcorn maker. We also loved the game room, it has such a good variety of games. Fennville has some great stores and restaurants, and is not far from several beach towns.

We are empty nesters living in a high-rise apartment in Chicago. When our daughter came home from college for the holidays, we decided to take an impromptu trip to Michigan to play house in the woods for a few days. Casa Vicino alla Vigna had everything we were looking for in a winter getaway, including a fireplace, game room, theater, hot tub, fire pit, and soaking tub. The home was immaculate, decorated beautifully, and had a great cozy vibe. We loved being surrounded by trees a little off the beaten path, but still a quick and easy drive to the restaurants of Saugatuck, Douglas, and Fennville. (We had a fabulous meal at Salt of the Earth -- definitely recommend!) Rodney was very responsive and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We give him and the house A, two thumbs up!

This home is perfect for a family getaway. Great location for visiting St. Joseph, South Haven, and Holland. Game room is amazing, and the host was great to work with! Thanks for an amazing stay! We will hopefully be back!

This beautiful place was a soothing balm from the everyday noise. The quiet wooded area, surrounded by vineyards and farms gently encouraged us to relax, while the hot tub, the wine, and the game room gave us room to have fun. The house was evenly spaced out so that we had our own alone time, yet didn't feel like we were alone in a alarge house. The cleanliness was inarguable-everything felt and smelt freah. The game room was a blast along with all the board games. Loved the back yard coziness and the hot tub was just bonus. We appreciated the smaller gestures of the welcome kit, a bottle of wine from across the street and the smores kit. Totally recommend to anyone looking to get away and relax!

We wanted some place to stay where we wouldn't need to go anywhere else. We wanted down time and that's what we got. The hot tub was wonderful, very relaxing. So many spaces to sit and feel relaxed, the room off the master bedroom is perfect for a nap or just to lay there and enjoy all the views of trees. Sitting at the kitchen table looking out was relaxing as well. The master bathroom is great with a soaking jetted tub. The theater room with popcorn and treats was great. Comfy couch! We almost forgot there was a game room! It's in the garage just in case you are like us and are so impressed with the rest of the house you forget you have one to use! The game room is fun. We tried out most of the games. In the living room is a dog bed. My dog found it and was laying in it. The yard is not fenced but we brought a tie out cable so he could be with us when we were outside. This is a great place to stay, especially with kids. The kids room has a giant bean bag chair and 2 sets of bunk beds. There is another large bedroom downstairs as well(theater room is downstairs also). The master is upstairs. The kitchen is big with lots of room to cook. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Such a great place and close to saugatuck and douglas, a cute little town with shopping and dining along the water. The little details were so rhiughtful and the entire place was relaxing and enjoyable for a quick getaway. Highly recommend!
