BARRENJOEY BEACH HOUSE AT ETTALONG BEACH + POOL

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

Accommodation is on the upper level of the property , the lower level is occupied by a permanent tenant. This property is in a suburban street ,so we request noise is kept to a minimum to respect our neighbours.

Ettalong Beach, a relaxed beachside community, perfectly suited to those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle.

Relax and enjoy a beautiful holiday destination for all ages withbeachside cafes, stunning beachside walkway, patrolled swimming beaches, kids playgrounds, boat ramp, fantastic fishing spots, great shopping all within walking distance.

The house is positioned a short walk to the waterfront of Ettalong Beach.

The home’s feature is a stunning pool measuring 10mtrs x 5mtrs surrounded by elevated decking. The pool is sure to delight guests as an easy alternative to the beach located nearby.

OTHER POINTS TO NOTE:
There is a self-contained granny flat apartment on the ground level of this home which we also own. The apartment is permanently rented .The apartment is completely separated from the premises upstairs.The unit does not share the pool .It has its own entry and yard on the other side of the house to maintain privacy. We just ask that you respect the neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum.

The home has 3 generous sized bedrooms, comprising:
• Bed 1 – Queen Size Bed (incl Ensuite) + room for a porta-cot

• Bed 2 – Queen Size Bed

• Bed 3 – 2 Bunk Beds consisting of 2 King Singles + 2 Singles + room for a single fold out bed if
required to accommodate additional numbers

• Lounge Room - Fold-out Sofa Bed – accommodates 2 adults.

• Main Bathroom featuring a freestanding bathtub

• Outdoor shower , toilet located in the fully equipped laundry downstairs .

• Kitchen/ Dining Room: Large modern fully equipped kitchen, flowing onto the dining room and
sunroom

• Sun Room: A bright sunroom overlooking the expansive Pool with views to Blackwall Mountain

• Alfresco Entertaining & Dining by the swimming pool

• Balcony: The Sun-room opens to the large balcony which includes lounge chairs and privacy
sunshade blinds, perfect for enjoy evening drinks

Fully ducted air conditioning in all rooms .

Yard:
• The rear of the property is highlighted by the large crystal clear pool, wrapped by decking with
accompanying sun-chairs. The entire family can enjoy the spaciousness of this tropical oasis.

• The outdoor dining area accommodates a large group and includes a BBQ, Bar fridge and outdoor
dining setting.

Laundry:
• Fully equipped Laundry with toilet.

Extras:
• All linen, bath towels and bath mats

• Tea, coffee, cleaning products and washing powder

• Shampoo, conditioner and body wash

• Free wifi

Please take note of the following rules prior to booking:
• Check in 2pm, check out 10am;
• Only the agreed number of guests are permitted to stay; Maximum of 10 guests and no more than 8 ADULTS unless prior approval in writing by owners is granted ,extra adults will be charged at an extra $50 per night and extra children charged at $25 per night.
• No house parties, therefore no Schoolies or Large Party Groups; (primary booking guest must be 30 years of age or older).
• No excessive noise under any circumstances, Permanent tenant monitors guest numbers and noise levels. Any breach of our policy's you will be asked to leave with no refunds given.

• No pets;
• No smoking on house grounds;
• A security bond of $3000 per stay, including the presentation of a valid form of identification before access to the property is granted. Any damage to the property will result in the security bond being retained, in part or full and any damage costs more than the security bond will result in further recovery action being taken by the owner. Furthermore, if numbers exceed the agreed amount, you will be charged per person and the fee will be deducted from your security bond.
We have a caretaker who monitors the premises.
ATTN. An additional $75.00 pool cleaning charge will apply from October till the end April .

    We absolutely love this place. The kids had a blast in the pool and there was enough pool shade for a really hot day. The location was perfect too being a 10min walk to restaurants/shops and the beach. A definite re-stay for another summer vacation. Thank you for housing us.

    A lovely property with plenty of room & a terrific pool. Everything was spotlessly clean, the only disappointing things which were suppose to be included, only 3 Tbags, no coffee or milk. Also only 1 dishwasher tablet & a lot of condiments in “extra’s” pantry were out of date. Might sound picky but this was not budget accomodation & I expected what I supply as a “Stayz host”.

    Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. We were a bit concerned that it wasn’t going to look like the photos when we got there but to be honest, the photos don’t do the house justice. It was very clean and it provides the correct facilities to cater for anyone wanting to relax and have a good time. It was so clean that we felt like we were the first ones staying there! Owner has also provided guests with complimentary goodies. The neighbour was also very kind. Definitely recommend this place for a chilled and relaxing weekend away. We’ll be back! Thank you :)
