Three very entitled cats normally live in this home. Although we will clean to the very best of our abilities, cat dander unfortunately ends up everywhere. Individuals with cat allergies should consider renting another property.

Please no smoking in the house (outside is fine!). Parties are prohibited. Please be respectful of our neighbors and they will be respectful of you. State College Borough puts strict limitations on the number of people who can rent a home - ours is set at 6.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was clean, the amenities were great, and the location to downtown was perfect! The host was very friendly and always available for any questions.
