Beautiful home ! My family and I enjoyed our stay

The location was great. Close to everything we needed and very convenient to get around. The pool was a great with a small waterfall. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed from Fri-Mon. The house was easy to find, conveniently located near grocery stores and shopping, and check-in and check-out were simple. The house had basic necessities, but amenities were limited. There were very few bath towels, the beds and bedding were just okay and seemed older, and the shower water stayed warm but never got very hot. As noted in the listing, the washer isn’t available unless you stay more than a week. Overall, it was livable and one of the more affordable options in the Phoenix area, but I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The house was exactly as listed. Worked out perfect for our family of four. Enjoyed having the clean private backyard and pool. Location was convenient for shopping. I would highly recommend.

Great house, awesome pool, and quiet neighborhood. Karen was great as a host, even communicating with me at midnight when we were having issues with the door code. She also offered us a portable AC unit when the power was out for a period. This house was a great choice for our family!

Had a great stay, host was great. Pool was amazing during the hot spell in Arizona. Located in a good area. Here for spring baseball, house was close to Goodyear Ballpark.

We found the location extremely convenient. The house had all of.the amenities we needed for our long weekend. It was spacious and comfortable I am always thrilled to see the simple things such as coffee filters and salt and pepper!

The house was exactly what our family needed.

The host communicated very well. We had a perfect location for a family wedding in the area. The house was generally clean, but I would say could use a deep clean since they allow pets. Also, we could not use the dryer. It was out of order. I would also suggest a new bed frame and mattress in the master bedroom. It’s a smaller bed than I’m used to, as well as a slightly harder mattress. That’s based on my opinion, others might find it adequate. The other two beds were fine in the smaller bedrooms. Overall, our stay was very good and I would probably stay there again if I was needing to be in that neighborhood.

Loved our stay, house cozy and clean. Hosts were always available. Did not want for anthing, close to sites, restaurants, and shops. Will stay again

Everything was clean and comfortable

Great home to rent in Goodyear, easy access to the 303 and I-10, 202. Plenty of space, great to use the pool. Lots of outdoor seating areas and indoor. Neighborhood is safe and quiet.

My stay was short and sweet. Definitely a summer time spot when in AZ

We really enjoyed ourselves and had a nice time. Loved the pool and had a blast with our grandson who is visiting from Oregon!! Cute place and good location. We'd stay there again!!

We stayed right in the heat of summer so the pool was great! It was very relaxing. We have 2 little ones that do not know how to swim so there is an additional lock on the sliding glass door that came in handy. Definitely loved that. Close to everything, grocery store, shopping, legoland, and more. Definitely could use more pots, pans, and utensils. Other that we enjoyed our stay overall.

Fantastic stay. My friend and I did a weekend staycation and this property was perfect! Pool was amazing, house was clean and comfortable. Owner was kind enough to offer an early check in. And it’s located near everything! We’re keeping this in our favorites for future stays

We stayed for about 3 days and had a great time! It’s in a quiet area, close to lots of amenities. It was very clean, including the pool. Great AC for the Arizona heat.

Traveling with our daughter and our special needs adult son. This was our first flight and VRBO experience. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay and the communication with our host was excellent. If we're ever in the area we'll definitely book this one again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful and peaceful BnB! The location next to the park was perfect, and the kids had an amazing time in the pool. The host was so friendly and easy to communicate with, which made everything even better. We would 100% recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

Visiting our family and the zoo from WA! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable time. Thoughtful touches, great beds and loved the pool. No chlorine! Karen was a gracious host and answered any question in quick time, even let us check out late to celebrate a 50th bday! Would not hesitate to recommend and stay here again :)

We traveled to visit family and wanted a place near to them. We cooked several meals there and the kitchen had everything we needed. We brought a dog and there was an open grassy area right next door which was very convenient . Overall we would definitely stay sgain needed

Family and I had a great experience with the home and Karen was a great host. She responded promptly to my questions and requests. The home was clean, spacious and had a warm feel to it. We were glad to find a pet friendly place for our trip to visit relatives and the neighborhood was very quiet. I would book this home again with Karen next time coming to Goodyear.

Very nice property but we had some issues with the furniture. Nothing major but the quality of the future lets the overall experience down.

we had a great stay

The home is in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed in Goodyear for spring training games at Camelback Ranch (20 mins) and Goodyear (5 mins) and the home was convienent to both locations. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms stocked appropriately with towels, shampoo and conditioner. Microwave popcorn and coffee was provided in the kitchen. The backyard pool was clean, but we did not use, as the water was on the colder side. Communication with Karen was good, as we did have an issue with the entry code. I will look to stay again when in the Glendale / Goodyear area.

This home was perfectly located for our fun weekend at the Phoenix raceway. Neighborhood was quiet and the home was perfect for us. It was clean and provided everything we needed for our group weekend. The host was super accommodating and was fast to respond to any of our request. I would stay again and recommend to anyone coming to the area.

The property manager was very understanding and accomodating of our needs. The beds were probably one of the comfiest beds that we've slept in from a rental. Communciation with the property manager was on point. Surpassed my expectations. The dining table was perfect for the family together for a meal or for a game night. It had everything that we needed. We would rent this house again.

Rented for 6 , there was really bad odor told the manager said it was pumpkin spice, which it wasn’t. I had a migraine all the days I was there because of the bad smell. Sheets were dirty good thing there was a washer and dryer. Bought groceries to cook breakfast, they had the smallest pan, I let the owner know she went to take a bigger one, which was to late.Don’t get fooled by the pool , I wouldn’t recommend this place. , the manager was nice at the beginning , after I told her about the smell was very rude.

The house was clean and close to everything. They provided everything we needed and the grocery store was close for food. We’d definitely stay again.

Enjoyed everything about our stay

It was a great place. To cold for the pool. We couldn't find a broom or dust pan. Other than that we enjoyed it very much and plan to look at staying next year.
