The home was perfect for us and our company. We actually used one bedroom as an office. Convenient to shopping and restaurants but not noisy at all.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all the vacation experience was good. However, there were urine stains on the mattress and mattress pad in bedroom with 2 beds. Also in the other bedroom upstairs, the windows had never been clean as there was green algae half way up and I cleaned.. Also back inside stairs smelled of musty..which I scrubbed the stairs...making it smell so much better.

The house is perfect....location,the size,condition and so neat and clean.The staff at Florida Dreams are the best,professional but they make you feel like family.Folks I recommend Florida Dreams for your vacation rental needs . For sure I recommend the Sunbrezze for your next vacation on Anna Maria,just not in January I have that booked again for the third year. Tried to keep the island a secret when we first came over 40 years ago. But not sharing paradise would just be wrong. Come to the island and let Florida Dreams Realty make your dreams come true

Stayed Dec 2, 2023Everything was great for the most part. We noticed there wasnt a trash bin, i contacted the property management team, and they were surprised but never got another one. We dropped trash at local gas station. Pillows are not the greatest, and the master bed is very squeaky lol Pool is shaded for most of the day, but otherwise, it was a great spot. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Nov 9, 2023Walking distance to several restaurants/bars & close to a trolley stop. Little bit of a hike to the beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in front porch in the mornings with our coffee. The pool area is very nice, but doesn’t get much sun. Bedrooms are very spacious and the house was perfectly comfortable for 6 adults.
