3 Bedroom Home Near Pearl Brewery/River Walk

The listing wasn’t truthful. There was two full baths and one half bath. The apartment was run down. The front door had duct tape holding the window pieces together. The walls were dirty. The bath towels were hard as if they didn’t get dried completely after washing. The upstairs patio door wouldnt open. It had an odor to the apartment and it was just a very run down apartment.

Great house! Newly remodeled and well designed. It was a bit dusty in the house, probably from the construction across the street, but the location made up for it. 4 minute walk to the Pearl and convenient for dining and groceries . I would book this again.

The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience. The location was perfect - walking distance to the Pearl. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and convenient location! I’d absolutely stay here again.

Property was very nice and close to the river walk and The Pearl. There was construction going on during our stay but we were not bothered by the noise. We had a little trouble getting in on the first day(turned out to be my issue) and the host was very responsible and helpful. Even sent someone out the following day to double check the door/lock. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this long weekend was perfect! We were in town for Trinity Univ graduation. It was the perfect home for 3 generations and close to the university. Wish we had found this home long before!

Basically just used the place for a bed and a shower, but everything was satisfactory. Owner was right on time with communications.

A very good rental for the price. The front door was a little beat up as other reviews have alluded to. But the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room. Kitchen was functional enough for our needs with coffee provided. The area had a lot of construction going on and the area was a little industrial but the location right between Riverwalk and St Mary’s Strip was ideal. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. All in all a great little place. Also the mgmt company accommodated us and communicated very well.

Place was very nice and clean and walking distance to a lot of things. Very safe area and even though there was construction across the street it is not very loud and didn’t bother us. Would stay here again.

Great access to Pearl and river walk. Very clean property. Comfortable beds. Only issues were very minor…not stocked well (No paper towels, no wash cloths, no hand soap, trash bags are very small, etc) But did have shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. There are a few minor issues with the property that they are obviously working on (towel racks loose, repatching/painting) nothing that truly affects your stay. One night the “A” side of the house was very loud about 3:30am and woke our “b” side up. No issues after that night. We were able to have uber transport us due to some in our party not being able to walk, but if you could walk it’s great walking distance to anything on the river walk. Pearl is a really great atmosphere. We had a great time and no real issues. Overall great stay!

The home was perfect for our short trip to San Antonio. Being so close to The Pearl was great! We walked over both days to have a meal. The home was spacious and extremely clean. We'd return again if we are ever in San Antonio. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

Great place, very clean and well kept. Would definitely book again.

The amenities were great and the property itself was very nice. However, there was construction taking place outside during our stay that we were not made aware of in advance. It wa quite loud all day. Additionally, it took us approximately one hour and 45 minutes to gain access to the property, which is very disappointing after traveling. Overall while the accommodations were good, better communication regarding construction and smoother check-in instructions would’ve made for a much better experience.

Location was wonderful, great access to Pearl and river, beds were comfy, spacious property.

Would rent again but I have a few notes.

Super great location. Property Manager was really responsive. Basic essentials had to be bought for our stay ie hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels. There were some items left from previous stays (some coffee and detergent) that was helpful. Very spacious townhome.

The location of this place was perfect. We were a block from the Pearl District which had something for everyone. We walked the Riverwalk from this location all the way downtown. It was an easy 2 mile walk. There are several bars/ restaurants along the way. The unit itself had so much room for our group to stay. The owner was easy to reach when we had a question. Would highly recommend!

First impression walking up to the door weren’t great. Looks like someone recently busted out all the glass windows in the door. The panes were fixed with new glass and duct tape around each window. There was still glass on the ground in front of the front door that you had to watch not to track inside and then there was trash right outside the back door that an animal might have got into. The master bedding had some stains on the sheet and the duvet. But once you got past those minor things the house was great. There is construction going on across the street but it didn’t bother us. It’s located within a 5 minute walk to the Pearl area.

This house was super nice and close to the river walk and very quite area , me and my sister in law fell in love with the kitchen ..

The location is excellent. You can walk across the street to the Pearl district which has shops, restaurants and an outdoor market on weekends. You can also take the GoRio river shuttle into the historic San Antonio Riverwalk and back.There's a lot of construction going on but it didn't bother us as the workers adhered to quiet hours.Plenty of room for our group of 5. Bring your own laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels etc if you want to use the appliances. There's the Pullman Market across the way where you could buy these items, but it's pricey. However if you like Whole Foods and Central Market you'll enjoy shopping there.Overall such a deal for such a fantastic spot. Highly recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay! There was room for all of us (7 people for 2 nights, and 5 for 3 nights).Clean with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. It was nice to be close to all the restaurants and Pullman market in the Pearl area. Would recommend and would stay again!

The interior of the property was very nice. There was lots of space for the family to hang out indoors. The yard was muddy in the back and the front yard looked neglected. Fortunately we had lots of activities for the kids to be entertained they didn’t want to go outside. Great proximity to downtown and the freeway. It was a comfortable stay and the mgmt team was super responsive.

What a great gathering place for a group of friends! So close to marvelous eating establishments at the Pearl. Just a short drive (or boat shuttle) to downtown and the Alamo.It'll be even nicer when the construction is complete across the street, but that didn't detect from our fun.

Unit was clean and as described. The construction did not bother us as we were out most of the day. Looks like it will be over shortly as well.Easy walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants.

Great stay, we had everything we needed. The house was very clean, good lighting and beds were very comfortable. Construction next door but did not bother us.

The property itself is good and the interior is nice and specious. It definitely is bigger on the inside more than it appears to be externally. Just be careful with the front door lock as it is a bit weird and flimsy if not done right, but the host does provide instructions.

The unit is nice, clean, and roomy. The location is excellent! It is an easy, short walk to the Riverwalk and the Pearl. The only drawback is that it is located across the street from a big construction project. There are many construction workers and vehicles around the area. However, It didn’t bother us, and it wasn’t too loud.

Place was off the beaten path and in a not so busy area. You can tell the condo was recently renovated. Plenty of room and provided everything we needed for the stay. Walking distance from Pearl district but everything else was only a short drive away.

The location is fantastic. The house is so beautiful. The area is under construction but when that’s over it will be even quieter.

A very short walk to the Pearl District, great location for us; but just across the street from the condo they are putting up a brand new apartment building. Lots of trucks, mud and noise during working hours. Even with this distraction, I’d still stay here again with the same conditions; just be prepared. The condo is clean, new and very comfortable! Lots of room and super nice contact, as I had trouble with the door at first and they were helpful and patient!

Easy, clean, good location

The entire house has been recently renovated with a very nice kitchen/great room. The bathrooms were all renovatead very nicely also. All in all a very nice renovation with a cool, modern vibe. We were able to walk to The Pearly in about 5 minutes. The property is just a few blocks away from I-35, I-37 and the 281. The only problem with the property is that it is located across the street from a large construction zone. Access to the property is a little difficult due to construction traffic/workers. It’s also a little noisy in the front of the house which faces the construction. The main bedroom was nice a quiet at night, but the construction started like clockwork at 7am. We really enjoyed the location of the house, but would have liked to know about the construction. We would definetly stay here again. Would give 5 stars for “location” without the construction.

It was a very clean, nice, large house. Newly remodeled. Plenty of space for our 3 couples - could have easily held up to 8 people. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all major appliances.

Really enjoyed our stay. Property, location, and host were great. Would recommend and looking forward to book again.
