Property is old but well kept and very clean. Good check in and check out times. Good value for visiting the area.

We spent 3 nights at the property with our dog and found it great for pets. The yard was plenty big for a dog and the neighborhood was great for walks. Overall, we found the property inviting and comfortable.

This was a great place for our family and friends. The layout is great and all the rooms had great places to sit and hangout. We loved the back screened in porch and the yard was so good for our dogs. Eric was a great communicator and very helpful. The neighborhood was very nice and close to shopping and some nice trail walks. We would love to come back again!!

Host was super helpful. We enjoyed our stay with our two furbabies. They loved the fenced in yard. We loved how thoughtfully everything we needed was provided. Lots of great places to eat nearby.

The house was spacious, clean, in a quiet neighborhood and provided all the necessities that we required. My elderly mother was with us. The master bedroom with private bath was perfect for her. Our children live in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. We were able to celebrate an early Christmas with them.

Perfect place to be for a staycation. Just needed a night to relax and get out of the house without going too far, but still able to get out of the city life. The screened in back porch was a bonus, and te bed was super comfortable. Definitely worth the trip!

The host was very communicative. The home was very nice, big, clean. There was as a great porch and nice back yard. Lots of amenities for a pleasent stay.

Wonderful house/ host I would use again!

This house is located in a quiet residential subdivision in the bedroom community of Chesapeake, about 20 - 30 minutes from Norfolk and Virginia beach. If you are looking for quiet and don't mind a bit of driving this lovely house is perfect. One word of caution. Try not to drive anywhere during rush hour. Yikes!

Our 2nd time staying at this place and will most likely be our go to for future stays when we’re in the area.

We loved everything about the house except the steep driveway. We parked on the street so it was no big deal. The neighborhood was quiet and perfect. The screened porch was as our favorite. The beds and bedding were really comfortable.

We had a great stay here. Everything was just how it was listed online. We would definitely stay here again. Our fur baby loved the fenced in back yard. Check in and out was a breeze. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need.

We had such a great time! We were in town for a family event, and this property was a super convenient home base. It had SO many amenities, and the decor was awesome. TVs in almost every room, and the kids LOVED the Collection of games and the foosball table!! I can’t say enough good things about our host- he responded to every message quickly, and even dropped off an item that we needed!! Highly recommended!!

The house is very cozy for my husband, furkidz, and I! The furkidz enjoyed being in a fenced in back yard with places to run!

I was in town for work and found this home.. it was truly the perfect location. We normally stay at hotels in the greenbrier area.. the location of this home could not have been better for commuting in the battlefield /greenbrier area . Very nice quiet neighborhood and large fenced in back yard for pups was an added bonus..we will definitely check availability at this home during our qtrly work trips.

We needed a place to stay for my niece's college graduation in Norfolk. She actually lives in Chesapeake so the location was perfect. Close to the highway and lots of local restaurants. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood with fenced in yard for our dogs. Eric was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

This house is perfect! My family (2 couples, 1 service dog, 2 other dogs) stayed for the weekend while helping our mother with house projects. We love this house and the fenced in back yard. The host was great and reached out asking questions for our comfort while staying. The walk in shower in one bedroom came into play perfectly when one dog took an accidental fall into the muddy creek! We will without a doubt be renting this house again for the next trip to see Mother!

Perfect house for kids, we comfortably fit our family of 6. The board games were great.The small toiletries and kcups provided were a big plus for us.

We stayed three nights and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Check in was easy and the location was in a very nice neighborhood. His directions made it easy to find. We felt at home from the time we walked in. The home was very clean and had every amenity we needed. The beds were nice and comfortable. Our pup enjoyed the big back yard. It was a pleasure to rent from Eric, he responded very quickly if we needed anything. There is not one negative we can say. Would definitely recommend his home.

I made a trip to Chesapeake with my Mom and her little dog. This house was a great place for us to stay! We enjoyed using the large screened porch, and the dog loved the huge back yard. This is an older house, but it has had some updates and was very comfortable. We loved the retro kitchen with the blue countertops and matching blue appliances! Coffee pods in the cupboard was a pleasant surprise! The neighborhood was nice as well. I walk the dog every day, and the folks I spoke to were all friendly and pleasant. I was in contact with the host a few times with questions, and he always answered promptly. I give this home a 5-star rating, and would definitely stay here again!

The bathroom tub is slippery and needs a mat. Bedrooms could use lamps for reading. Side garage door was open and didn’t notice until day 3. Could have been a little cleaner. I will definitely stay here again. Great neighborhood and nice outdoor space. My mom really liked that. Thank you Eric

The house was the perfect size for our group and the perfect location. The host responded immediately when contacted. We had a plumbing issue, that he repaired quickly.
