Stayed Nov 26, 2025We had a wonderful stay! The beds were very comfortable, the amenities were great, and the location couldn’t be better, close to downtown and the University of Tennessee campus for game day. It was the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving with family and friends. Highly recommend!

It was a quick 15 min drive to the UTK campus and the perfect peaceful escape after attending VOL win! We truly felt at home; fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, large living and dining room and sprawling yard!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024It was our second time renting the house for Thanksgiving. It’s a quiet location with easy access to Knoxville or the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook a Thanksgiving Dinner.
