3 Bedroom Greek Revival Cottage Walk to Big House

We were three couples and a single who came to visit kids at UMich and go to a football game. Originally this house was listed at able to sleep 8 people. In reality, there are three bedrooms, and it only comfortably sleeps 6. The host provided and air mattress and bedding for our 7th guest, which worked out fine, but took up most of the space in the living room. The house is a short walk to campus (Yost Ice Arena, Big House). The place was crisp and clean, although rooms were pretty small. One bedroom on first floor (right behind living room). Two of the three bedrooms are in the basement. Layout of living room not ideal for hanging out (limited seating, couch doesn’t face TV). One of the chairs at the table was wobbly/broken. Not perfect, but overall a great stay in a convenient location.

The location is great, proximal to a couple of great establishments selling organic food and excellent coffee. The house is comfortable, appreciate all appliances are in good working condition! Bathrooms and beds were very clean. One of the bulbs in the kitchen was busted but immediately replaced; one chair at the dining table was not safe with a missing screw / bent leg so we put that aside - but it didn’t hamper our enjoyment of our stay. Thank you, we had an awesome stay!

2 bedrooms are in the basement and it is a damp basement so it smells funny.

We had a wonderful stay. The house has great location and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch between activities.

Place was clean and VRBO was very responsive. It’s not really the Burns Park neighborhood; it’s consists almost entirely of student housing. If you are a young alum returning for a football weekend, it’s a great location. Not great for middle-aged people or families.

We had a great stay in this lovely Ann Arbor house. The property was as described, comfortable, and accessible. The property manager was responsive and engaged.

We planned this visit to scope out the area for potential places to move back to after 20 years in the military.

Darling house right in the center of college housing! It was very clean and had all of the essentials. If you are headed to Ann Arbor to watch sports this house is the perfect location to walk to all of the amazing U of M venues! The bonus is you can also walk to Argus for coffee!

We had a great time! The property was clean and very well kept! Communication with the owners was easy they were so accommodating and friendly! Can’t wait to stay again!

This is a very clean and comfortable house in a great location. Beds and bedding were super comfortable and everything about the stay was enjoyable. There is a great tv in the living room and the only thing we longed for was a larger couch to be able to relax on.

Beautifully maintained property located in the heart of Ann Arbor and well within walking distance of U of M major stadiums. Ample parking albeit single-lane driveway; comfortable sleeping quarters in all bedroom — each complete with TV’s. Nestled among student housing, we experienced no disruption/loud noises after hours. Excellent mgmt communication avenues and reasonably priced. Will definitely book again when in Ann Arbor.
