Stayed May 14, 2026This was the perfect house for our family as we celebrated our daughters graduation from Kansas State. The location was just off campus in a quiet neighborhood making it a great spot. The house has been recently remodeled and updated. The home was very clean and well appointed for our stay. We enjoyed the back yard with a nice patio/sitting area and a gas grill that we put to use for a small family gathering. Brandon is a great host who's communication was thorough and responsive.We would definitely stay here again when our travels take us to Manhattan.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026Charming, updated accomodations in a quiet neighborhood. Our only complaint was that the beds are rock hard. Some people might enjoy an extremely firm memory foam mattress but our family was unable to get much rest due to the beds. This is obviously a personal preference, but should be noted so guests are aware.
