We have a 3 bedroom bungalow located on the private Kings Park Estate adjacent to Sovereign Harbour in Eastbourne , East Sussex, which in July 2015 received a 4 star rating from Visit England along with a Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence awarded in 2017. A new front conservatory and upgraded patio furniture was added in 2016. NEW in 2017 was a shower room with wc and washbasin, utility area, plus a rear entrance added. Stayed Dec 12, 2025We arrived late and found we had no hot water to speak of. We had to meet family and did not get in until 1,0. In the morn we had no electric, main switch had tripped. We got back and still had no hot water to speak and no electric. At this point we found out we had to pay for the supply. Following the instruction to the letter in the book we could not get a card. I had to an alternative solution to get a card. The whole trip was a nightmare and would not re book this property again. YOU DONT EXPECT TO PAY FOR SERVICES. I can’t recommend this property to any one. The only hot water we had was an electric shower

Stayed Oct 20, 2025As three friends we had a very comfortable and peaceful stay in this bungalow in a gated community. It had everything we needed and was suitable for our disabled member.It is within easy reach of the marina and pier by car (with convenient car parks, with plenty of spaces at this time of year) or by walking if you’re feeling energetic.A note for potential disabled guests:On the first day we couldn’t find a way to ASDA (the nearest supermarket) by mobility scooter friendly footpaths but later in the week we did find a way through the estate past the nursery. We had a great time, thank you.

(Leadership safeguarding with my career)We liked the cleanliness, the kitchen was well equipped and it felt like a home from home. We would recommend the holiday to others.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024Very clean and spacious. Having two bathrooms was a plus for a family! We were initially concerned about having to buy electricity, but the process was easy and we only used $8 for the 3 days we were there.
