Stayed Dec 31, 1969Lovely house in quiet spot. Good size with everything included. Yon't need to bring anything apart from your clothes. There were a couple of minor problems when we arrived but quickly resolved. Was a little too far out to walk to the main part of Paignton and a bit of a trek to the nearest pub but here was access to buses to a bit of a walk to get to as well but perhaps we hadn't found the short cut. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Fantastic location to many beaches and towns. However the bathroom need attention with the broken sharp plastic on bath a hazard, along with more attention needed to the cleaning as there were many cobwebs and marbles on floor in lounge. Instructions needed on how to use central heating
