On the 3rd floor is the living room and kitchen with an open floor plan. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the pots, pans, utensils, etc that you need. The living room has an ocean view, a 50 inch TV, and a large comfortable couch that could sleep an extra guest.

The house comes with all the sheets and towels you need, as well as a strong and fast wifi signal so you can stay connected.

There is parking for 2 cars in the attached garage, plus another can fit in the gated patio area.

This is a townhouse. Totally private, private entrance and private garage, but there is one shared wall, which is along the stair area - never had complaints about it :)
