Amazing location! The rental was very cozy with amazing views!

Overall, this place was great! We had an issue with the WiFi but got it fixed quickly. Beautiful and updated, the beach is literally just steps away, and the beach was not super crowded!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. Perfect location for our family vacation!

Great location, walk out to the water.

We loved the property but would not stay here again due to location. If you are planning to do beach and cook meals in then this place is great, but we like to get out and explore, shop, dine, and nothing was close. Also, the back door doesn’t lock once outside so going to the beach is a hassle if you want to pick your valuables up while away.

The BEST host ever, so nice.

I absolutely love staying at this property! Nothing can beat the private peach with assigned chairs and a limited crowd. I loved walking down each morning and having an unobstructed sea view. The views from the property were incredible as well. The third floor room was cozy and the house is a whole stayed cold too. One of my favorite parts though was talking with the property manager, Judy, who was a huge huge help. She honestly gave us the best start to our week here. We loved meeting the families here staying by us. Rosemary was just a short drive and we went every day for coffee. We will absolutely be back

A concern regarding the inability to secure the condo completely when we were on the beach due to a locked walk-through gate. Everything was okay but putting your trust in their rationale for the locked gate was unsettling.

We were bummed of course, but the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast, combined with the perfect location of Sea Dreams #5, definitely eased the pain.This rental is ideally located between some of the popular small towns like Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, and Alys Beach, which allows you to visit the hustle and bustle, (it was spring break) but then escape to your private beach to relax before getting ready to go out again and hit one of the many fine dining establishments in the area.Sea Dreams #5 is a well appointed, as advertised, rental property. The location is amazing and the views and sound of the ocean lapping the coast is right out your backdoor. Prior to our arrival, the manager of the property let us know of a maintenance issue they had discovered. We worked around it and they were accommodating in making it right. Everything that could have made this trip better, (weather, spring break, etc.) were all out of the control of the managers of this property.If anyone decides to come during spring break, you will endure extremely busy traffic, extremely busy restaurants, and an insane amount of kids from 12-17 that think they own the place. However, despite all of that, the rental property was ideal. It was located right between the madness of the busiest areas and simply sitting in the backyard or walking down the staircase to the private beach let any stresses or anxieties about the crowds melt away.
