This private light flooded Hamptons getaway is located in the Springs neighborhood of East Hampton - within a 5 minute drive toboth East Hampton and Amagansett villages. The property is set on 1.1 acres of wooded paradise complete with a family of deer visiting on a daily basis. The home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom residence 2.5 hours from the city. Close to both bay and ocean beaches, the house is light and airy, set up for family living, with kids toys to use at your disposal.

Light and airy, the house is flooded with light all day long. The open plan living/dining and kitchen area opens onto the pool deck which is equipped with a weber grill, outdoor dining for 8 and sofa seating area for relaxation and cocktails. The pool is heated allowing for use from May through September and a good shallow end for the kids. The deck is set within 1.1 acres of private woodland - great for kids who want to explore and climb trees. The front of the property has a meandering drive way with room for several cars if needed. Speaking of cars, if you require a car during your stay, that too can be arranged for an extra fee.
