Stayed Oct 13, 2025The house was clean and welcoming. It was pet friendly and the shops nearby were also pet friendly. It was only about 20 minutes to North Conway where we could shop and sightsee. We really enjoyed the rustic setting and quiet location of the house. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The house was immaculately clean! we enjoyed our stay very much with the exception of a wind storm knocking out our power in the early morning for about 6 hours. It got cold very quick!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023The location was close to the beach. There was a lot of room. The kids loved riding there bikes. The beach was nice. The overall appearance when we arrived was that it wasn’t very clean. We needed to clean out the silverware drawer and all the dishes. The house was good for what we wanted/needed. Teenagers loved the basement.

The rental itself isIn need of a makeover. The furnishings are old and not as nice as we are used to. It was maintained and It did serve us well as far as the price and size so I guess that is what we needed. Thank you.
