Stayed Apr 9, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Papaya House is lovely with a great outside pool area. However, the constant road noise made is less than enjoyable to spend time out there. There was constant tree debris from the large palm tree which we found ourselves cleaning out daily before using the pool.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024Beautiful home with a lot of space. We really enjoyed the home. The only negative is the location being right beside a highway. Very noisy at pool.

Stayed Nov 21, 2024The Papaya House was an absolutely perfect rental property. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. The real gem of the property is the backyard. Pool and hot tub, outdoor seating, fire pit and games galore. It is close to shops, restaurants, and activities. The hosts really have thought of everything! You will definitely enjoy your stay at the Papaya House!

Stayed Apr 5, 2024Super clean, well-stocked, and the pool/yard is gorgeous! We’ve stayed in many rentals and this is definitely at the top of the list. The owners put heart into the decor and amenities. Pool lights up at night and has fountains on timers. We are a family of five and it was plenty of space. Great location…about 10 min to the beach. Beach accessories, books, and tons of fakes for the kids including the supersize connect four out back. We usually stay on the island, but the savings are beyond worth it to stay here. Florida Realty AMI were excellent and responsive as well. You won’t be disappointed.

Stayed Mar 20, 2024We did not want to leave! The whole place was very clean and beautiful. The backyard was an oasis and we spent as much time as possible out there and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fire pit every day. My husband and the teen loved hanging out in the garage and playing games. All the beach equipment we could need was provided (chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys). Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was super convenient to nearby stores, restaurants, and a direct shot over to Anna Maria Island. Enough TVs for everyone. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. I hope we can stay here again!

Stayed Feb 26, 2024House is beautiful and has a lot of space. I recommend the extra heat for the pool. Get it early before you arrive so the pool is warm. We found 82 not warm enough. Also the pool directions to switch over to the hot tub was complicated. But other than that great vacation.
