Stayed Jun 21, 2025This little bungalow by the ocean was perfect for our family. The house is older but we had no issue with the A/C, plumbing, etc. A very, very short distance to the beach, great location to Coligny Plaza and our favorite, Piggly Wiggly grocery store. The house is smallish but with 5 adults and a 22 month old we didn’t feel cramped. The kitchen had all that we needed. The bedrooms were fairly spacious and beds comfortable. The laundry room and outdoor shower were well used and no issues. WiFi and TV service was not a problem. YouTube TV is the primary service. John, the host is very responsive. We loved the nostalgic flair of this little bungalow as I don’t consider myself a tourist but an islander. My uncle lived on South Beach in a little beach house on Osprey when I was a kid. We had a blast!

Stayed Aug 27, 2024Great little rental property. Very close to beach. Host was incredible. Answered all questions quickly. Very responsive. Nothing fancy, but if you’re looking for a place close to the beach that is affordable with a necessities then you found it. Just an FYI there are no outlets restroom so just needed to get creative styling hair if need to.

John was so helpful and immediate in his responses. The kids loved the outside shower. This spot will become an annual tradition!
