Stayed Jun 4, 2025At first glance, everything was perfect!!! And that didn’t change!The beds were extremely comfortable. The back yard was peaceful. The only thing that tripped me up was the clawfoot tub. As an older person, it was difficult for me to climb in and out.But everything else was top notch!

Stayed Jun 16, 2024This was the perfect location for our family to take a breaknfrm U of Oregon graduation activities....the backyard was serene and peaceful.. we enjoyed the location awat from campus but close to food options and shopping...very comfortable and peaceful stay. Recommend!!!

Stayed Nov 23, 2023The house and property were great and the owner was very accommodating. If I ever need to stay in Eugene again I would be happy to stay at this place again.

Stayed Sep 21, 2023Coffee pot was completely filthy with old coffee, coffee grounds still in it. The water reservoir had filth in it, could never get it clean. Had to walk in the rain to get coffee, didn’t have a car. Windows not covered to keep light out and all the lights outside can’t be turned off. Air conditioning never worked. Furniture is not comfortable. Noise from Cal Young was loud.
