We had a fantastic stay! Quiet, peaceful, and with no issues. Everything was exactly how it was described & communication was excellent & prompt. Would highly recommend this host & would stay there again!

This was our 4th stay at this property and it never disappoints! Location is convenient to pool and dog park. House is cozy, clean and has everything needed. We love sitting on the front porch with our two small dogs and the gate keeps them right there with us. The included golf cart makes getting to the beach so quick and easy. Can’t wait until next year!

Property was homey, roomy and conveniently located. It had everything we needed and the front porch with gate was nice to sit on during rainy days. Our small dog loved it too. We had no issues with check-in and no problems to report. Spent time at the pool and the ocean and met some really nice people. We'll be back. Thank you!

Enjoyed visiting with our family I’m Myrtle Beach.Great location which is why we chose it again. Well equipped kitchen.Needs attention to detail cleaning and surface paint.Neighbors walk through the yard right next to bedroom windows had to keep blinds closed.The owner Carl was very responsive to my questions.

Our 2nd stay here. Check in is a breeze. Pool across the street. Property owner replies to messages in a timely manor and the beach is less then a 5 min golf cart ride away. Perfect stay.

The process of renting and staying at this home was easier than we could have imagined. The owners were very responsive to questions and offered assistance with linen rentals and that was before we even booked! After booking and arrival, the house was even better than the pictures, everything was as said, and the golf cart made such a difference! Hope to be able to stay here again soon! Thank you!

This is a great place to enjoy Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area. The Oceanside Village community is family friendly and this home is perfect. This is our 4th stay here and I am sure we will be back. It is clean, has plenty of space, a huge front porch and is right across from the pool. The golf cart makes going to the beach easy too. Communication with the owner is easy as well as check-in. When we do Myrtle Beach - we do it here!

Located right across from pool and splash pad. We have young kids so it was very easy and convenient. Very nice porch to spend time on. No issues.

This place is amazing. The house is clean and very accommodating. The location of the pool is a plus. We all enjoyed our stay there and were actually sad when it was time to leave. I can say with certainty that we will be back very soon. Thank you for the great accommodations. Many memories made for our family.

We enjoyed our stay! The front porch was a favorite of ours for morning coffee and just relaxing. It appeared the front porch had new flooring which was also nice. This is our second time staying here and we plan to visit again. Thanks to Carl for being an excellent host!

We have stayed in Oceanside Village before but this was our first time in this home. It was absolutely perfect for our family. The location being right across the street from the pool was wonderful for getting my 4 year old nephew to and from quite easily. Having a golf cart available to be able to go to the beach, which is very close to the home, kept us from having to load up in the vehicle each time we went. And my nephew enjoyed just riding around OSV looking at the homes and animals. The added bonus was being able to bring my fur baby along for the trip! The host, Carl, was amazing from the very beginning and answered immediately the first day we arrived with a question we needed answered. My family and I will definitely try to stay here again if at all possible.

Easy communication with owner, house was perfect location and size for our family, great community. Will definitely be coming back.

My family has been visiting oceanside village for a few years and this was our first bad experience. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. We drove 12 hours to walk in and clean this rental for three additional hours. The floors, walls, table, and trash can were filthy. Dirt, dog hair, hand prints and sand was all over the floors, walls, and couches. The couches were so dirty and stained that we washed blankets to use as covers so we could actually sit on them. One of the features we were excited about was the porch. We couldnt enjoy this area as the cushions were old, dirty, and filled with pet hair. The rugs in the kitchen, bathroom and at the doors were filthy and had to be washed and the sand shaken out of them. Please be warned that there is NOTHING in the property to get you through day one. Nothing to clean the property, no dish towels, no rags, no cleaning supplies, no trash bags, no hand soap and only one roll of toilet paper. I purchased cleaning supplies which the owner did reimburse. The cleaning fee we paid should cover the cleaning of the entire property and the only visible cleaning was to the bathroom toilets. We did wait a day to reach out regarding the issues because of our drive time and the immediate need for a clean home. This place really could be cute if it was taken care of and cleaned properly. Would not recommend.

This is a great house in a great community - plenty of space and the perfect location. Host is very quick to respond to issues or concerns.

We love Oceanside Village. Right across from the pool. Short ride on the golf cart to the beach. One of the nicest properties in OSV we have stayed in.

This is our 7th stay in this house and it has just gotten better and better! Can’t say enough great things about the owner and how responsive he is! We love the convenience of the pool being across the street and the beach only a short golf cart away!

Overall great location and everything we needed!

My wife has vacationed in Oceanside Village for almost 40 years. I have been going with her and her parents for 18 years and we now take our two boys. It's our favorite vacation spot and this house has been our best place to stay in OSV. It's very convenient being directly across the street from the outdoor pool with the hot tub. We plan to continue staying here for our future trips. We're already planning a short fall getaway to stay here in November and will also be back next summer!
