3 Bed/2 Bath Very Private Pool & Spa Home!

We had two wonderfull Weeks in Bonita Springs in This house. The Kids loved the Pool and the spa. It is really close to the Beach. Everything was Perfect. We Are definitly Coming back.

The property is clean, convenient, and comfortable. Kitchen appliances are low end. Sliding glass doors to pool area required serious effort to open and one couldn’t open at all. Hot tub was broken. Dishwasher was broken. Management responded slowly to inquiries and didn’t seem concerned about issues. A working hot tub is a requirement in January. I was in this house last June with none of these issues. Is it going downhill fast or was this a fluke? I don’t know.

We stayed at this property for the holiday week with four adults and three children and it was a perfect fit for us. We had the kids with us and it was a great location, clean property and fantastic host. There were plenty of places to eat and things to do right down the street and the drive to Vanderbuilt Beach was ~15 minutes or less. Pat took great care of us and ensured we had a smooth, easy stay in a clean property. We didn't have any issues and would certainly stay there again.

Great home with 2 group areas. Lots of light and huge kitchen and lanai area. Comfortable and very clean with high quality bedding and towels. We would definitely stay there again!

Very well equipped and decorated home. The beds are very comfortable along with all the soft furnishings. The pool and outside areas are all well kept. A great place for the family to relax and explore the area. Fantastic two week stay.

My family has rented many homes in SW FL. The home was very clean and passed the wife test. Which is the #1 importance we look for. The home was as advertised, no surprises. Pat was amazing to work with. Very clear and prompt communication throughout the entire process. We will rent this home again in the future.

We loved our stay everything was as stated , no surprises . The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed ( including the baby bunnies in the yard). Pool was excellent and the weather was great! Our family truly enjoyed it. Beach was in close proximity as well as good restaurants. Look forward to renting again soon.

We really enjoyed the house and the pool with the hot tub. To make things better at this property I hope they do a few minor things to keep the home updated some of the furniture inside and out is showing a lot of wear and there was a couple small things that we made the property manager aware of hopefully they get that taken care of for the next tenants. Overall great stay!
