Entering on the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall with cupboards containing handy laundry facilities.The first of the three bedrooms is a spacious king-size with an en-suite shower room and doors leading to a patio. There is also another king-size bedroom, and a twin bedroom which is ideal for the children of the group. Completing this floor is a family bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This wonderfully sociable space has a practical kitchen area with everything you need to cook up a storm, a six-seater dining table, and comfortable seating set in front of a warming wood burner. Head outside to the balcony and take in the far-reaching views over the Atlantic coast. A secondary outdoor space to the front of the property has a decked seating area and further views.

Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Port Isaac is a working fishing village with some lovely places to eat, drink, and shop. Head off on foot along the remarkable South West Coast Path, soaking up the sea breeze and fabulous sights. Enjoy exhilarating surfing at Polzeath Beach (7 miles) or spend days building castles on the sandy shoreline at Daymer Bay (8 miles).
