Beautiful location, clean house, and a quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive and addressed any questions promptly. We’d definitely return and recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, well-kept place to stay.

Beautiful place to stay for a family ski trip. Rental was spotless and had a well equipped kitchen. Short walk to gondola or shuttle service. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Would absolutely recommend.

Gorgeous townhome, great location . Host was Extremely accommodating quick to respond. Our family stayed for Christmas ski vacation and it was truly a wonderful time. We booked this townhouse for a month mid summer 2021. Although we were a bit concerned due to the lack of previous guests (the property is extremely new), my interactions with the owner Dana gave me tremendous confidence that we had made the right choice. The townhouse is in immaculate condition with all high end furniture and appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. After just a couple of days we felt like this was our home. The location is also perfect as it is ten minutes from Beaver Creek Village, Vail and Edwards. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to an emergency at home but I cannot express how perfect our choice was. We can't wait to come back again next year.

I was slightly hesitant to book this property because it didn't have many reviews. However, this property looks every bit as beautiful as the pictures and is in a perfect location. We were able to take a scenic walk/hike to Beaver Creek Village(a little over 2 miles) and walk to many restaurants in Avon. It was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Also, it has a/c which was needed as the days were hot during our stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Base Camp is the perfect name for this gem of a property. We set up here for 2 weeks and it was the perfect jumping off point for skiing Beaver Creek (very short walk to the Riverfront Gondola!), exploring Avon and the Eagle River, and a quick jaunt to Vail. The house was absolutely spotless upon our arrival. The views out the back windows of Game Creek Bowl and the Eagle River are even better than the pictures in the listing. Furnishings are all high quality, bathrooms are large and well appointed, bedding is very comfortable and the windows in this place are just breathtaking. Our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 toddlers) loved being able to spread out across all 3 floors of the home. For the convenience, amenities, design and comfort, this place is an incredible value. The homeowner is very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!
