Clean, pleasant home in a low rent neighborhood. The yard was particularly nice for the dogs. Well fenced so the Yorkies couldn't escape. A good base for exploring the wonderful White Mountains.

Very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and had everything we needed for an excellent stay. Pet-friendly, so we brought our dog and the fenced-in backyard was perfect. The location was perfect and close to all the pet-friendly restaurants we love. Highly recommend!

The accommodations for this house were lacking nothing. Every detail was provided by the host. We found the decor to be welcoming and cheery like a cabin get away. It was so nice to have a clean, comfortable space to relax in. We were there for the Pinetop visit but enjoyed the house and stayed in most of our time. The jacuzzi was clean and wonderful. Thank you Robert for your help when we needed it.

This home is the most fully stocked home i have ever rented, we stayed iver christmas and they thought of every detail. Fully decked out for the holiday down to christmas hand towels. The javuzzi was hot ans the yard was perfectly fenced for my dogs!

Awesome location! Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Extremely comfortable home with everything you could need; living room has a beautiful fireplace, kitchen has anything you need, bathrooms are nice, overall many amenities for a relaxing stay in Pinetop.

We had a cozy and enjoyable stay in this lovely home. It was a great place to be in the rainy weather. There was an inviting array of puzzles and games for on the living room shelves. We didn't use the fireplace, but I can imagine how it would really enhance the already inviting living room area. The fenced in yard was greatly appreciated for our pup. The kitchen was well-equipped, and my husband said he hasn't slept so well in a very long time. Check in was easy, and the hosts' communication was excellent.

We found this home to be clean, comfortable and in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. It had just about everything we needed. For the price, it was a very nice rental.

Charming place, very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed. The beautiful jacuzzi was wonderful. My only suggestion would be that having to wash the towels would have added an extra hour delay to our departure time. Robert was kind enough to let us leave before the wash was done. I think the laundry is something best done by the host. I had a 5 star casita in Taos, and I would never have asked my guests to do the laundry! We loved the place however, and have booked it twice again. There is a beautiful pride of ownership with the place. Wonderfully maintained property inside and out in a fabulous location just blocks from all the best restaurants and entertainment. An added bonus is a darling fireplace...with wood furnished!

The neighborhood was very good. Robert, who is next door and takes care of the property was very friendly. The bedding and towels were clean. The house was slightly less clean then my wives standards, but it wasn’t dirty either. I think for the price, it’s a great place to stay and the location is excellent. We couldn’t get the DVD player to work (I think it was missing a remote) so my daughter was a bit bummed. It does have a/c which was nice, since it got up to 95 degrees during the day. We didn’t use the hot tub, but Robert told us it was ready for use.

We had a great time in this VRBO for the 4 nights that we stayed there recently, and our dog enjoyed it too. It was quiet, perfect size property and we hope to stay there again! It had everything we needed, well-furnished kitchen, linens, towels, etc., just like home!

Comfy cabin-themed home in neighborhood of east Pinetop. Very clean and nice amenities. The front yard was nicely landscaped and the back yard has a big beautiful apple tree, picnic table and fire pit, and small patio with table and chairs. Just right for our short stay.

Had a great time with family. Area was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved the space, the cleanliness, and the mountain cabin feel. We were very comfortable with 7 people for a 3-night stay, and we would go again.

The house shares a wall with the neighbor. We had no issues with this, I just believe this information should be disclosed. Also, the location is great and close to restaurants but the neighborhood overall is not nice.

We loved staying at Rick and Ellen’s place! The cabin was well-appointed, even including small touches like newspaper to help light the fire in the fireplace. The wood burning fireplace was our favorite aspect of the cabin, as we used it day and night. Nice comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of six- we plan to come back!

This house worked perfect for our weekend ski trip. Perfect house to come back to and relax after a tiring day on the slopes with plenty of TVs, a fire place and hot tub to enjoy. This no frills house makes for a comfortable stay and is equipped with everything you need for a cozy stay including tidy bedrooms, bathrooms and a functional kitchen to make a hearty breakfast before starting a busy day.

We previously stayed at this property and liked that it had a nice area for the dogs so we decided to stay again. The property manager is next door (it’s a duplex) and he was available for the few concerns we needed addressed. The fireplace wasn’t working correctly and he came over immediately and fixed it. Very good communication. Location is close to many restaurants and the ski resort.

Comfortable beds, nice heaters. Rough area where home is located. Master tv does not work. Kitchen has basics but needs new fry plans and baking sheets. Back yard is adequate. Decor is cute.

Very cute place, loved that it was dog friendly.Nice quiet get away from the city. The only recommendation is for the cleaning crew, master toilet was dirty and there was trash in the hall bath and the back bedroom on your left. Which made me check everything.

Charming Pinetop Retreat - Perfect for Families! I recently stayed at an adorable house in Pinetop, Arizona, booked through VRBO, and it was fantastic! Ideal for anyone, I enjoyed my stay with my sister and two young nieces, ages nine and six. The kids loved the bunk beds and the Bear-themed decor throughout the house. While there were plenty of puzzles, we would have appreciated simpler board games like Operation or Twister for the little ones. Each room has a Roku TV, perfect for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove, came stocked with snacks—a hit with the girls! The mattresses were exceptionally comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed. The hot tub was a highlight, especially enjoying it during a light snowfall. The property manager, who lives next door, was incredibly sweet and accommodating. When we had trouble with the fireplace, he promptly came over, started a roaring fire for us, and left extra firewood and kindling. The house also includes a full-size washer and dryer, which is very convenient, especially with kids. The location is superb, on the edge of town with a couple of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store a short drive away. The natural surroundings, with big trees, squirrels, and adorable birds, added to the charm. Overall, I had a fantastic stay coming from San Diego and highly recommend this cozy Pinetop retreat for families …or ANYONE!

This cabin was a hidden gem! It was beautiful. A lot of room. Great backyard to enjoy the outdoors and good weather. Pet friendly with is a huge bonus! Owners introduced themselves and were very friendly. I highly recommend this place. Will definitely stay here again.

I think there is to much furniture in the living room ! We had wheel chair and it was to hard to go around the corner to the living room! The couch stuck out past the small wall witch made it more crowded! Also the toilets need to be Ada compatible! Need low rise showers for easy access! We had stayed there I before no improvements have been done!

My husband and I and our dog had a great time in Pinetop. The house was great for us. It is in a neighborhood and very walkable to many fun places! The house was very clean and had a fenced in backyard. Robert the property manager is next door and is great - very responsive if you need anything.
