Very convenient stay for the snorkeling with the manatees. House was as described and very spacious. Had some minor issues with host that resulted in a confrontational phone call, however this resolved.

It’s nice to have a house to stay in for a few days that is close to family. We had the space we needed to be comfortable instead of a hotel room.

The property was fantastic in every sense! Melinda was very communicative and amazing to work with. Home had everything you could ask for, especially the kitchen. Will be returning when back in FL!

Super grateful to be able to stay at this house. Two families were able to spend time together, cook together, swim & kayak together-- and we could do so AFFORDABLY. Host was very responsive when contacted. Would stay again.

Celebrated our granddaughter sweet 16. She has a blast.

Pool was wonderful,ample cleaning supplies,kitchen super stocked with all cooking needs,grill was great with extra propane tank,tons of beach towels. Host was extremely responsive for everything. Good location to all things,grocery,weeki watchi,and expressway.

Our only big complaint about our trip was that the weather didn't cooperate and that had noting to do with the house.

We had an amazing stay at this location. We celebrated Christmas with my daughter and favorite Son-in-Law. We also celebrated my 58th birthday right after Christmas. We were blessed with nice weather both days and with a heated pool; we played in the pool both days.

It was a comfortable, clean house. We had a good time.

Stayed 12 nights second time there house is very nice, very clean, pool is very clean and when heated very comfortable, nice area very quiet. The host melinda is wonderful couldn't ask for a better host she will take care of all your needs and questions, well worth the stay...

The property was as pictured, no surprises. The kitchen was very well equipped, it was a cooks kitchen!

We felt right at home at this clean, equipped, and comfortable home. We spent time in the pool (no heater needed in July) and watching TV in the great room on the plushy couches. The neighborhood was quiet. We had everything we needed for cooking, coffee, swimming, and washing clothes. They even had beach supplies. We hope to come back soon.
