3 bed 2 bath Pool home Andrew’s island. Dolphin views from dock!

We loved sitting outside and watching dolphins and birds on the St. John’s River. We appreciated the nice touch of throw blankets for the chilly mornings on the deck. House and beds were very comfortable.

Host the as fantastic. Very helpful and responsive. Location was great, quiet but not far from activities. View was amazing and it was so nice sitting outside watching the spoonbills, egrets and dolphins.

The rooms were clean and as expected. The host was easy to communicate and responsive to questions. The view is incredible. It was a little too chilly to use the pool during our stay, but it was clean and ready upon our arrival. The location felt safe and secure and we would stay here again if ever back in the area.

My wife and I scheduled a vacation to fish and enjoy vehicle accessible beaches. This place was perfect! Nice restaurants nearby, even a ferry to cross the river south to Jacksonville. The house was clean, with a pleasant layout. I would recommend this place and plan a future return.

Place was great! Great views, kids had fun fishing off the dock caught lots . Will be booking again since we keep our boat at a marina right down the road. Looking forward to it.

We had a wonderful stay at Casamar while moving our son into Jacksonville University. Check-in was a breeze in our little home away from home. Joseph was quick to respond and was very accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Casamar was very clean, had amazingly comfortable beds and a perfect place to enjoy coffee and river wildlife in the mornings (including dolphins). We were able to cool off in the crystal clear pool as well and that was an added bonus to the amenities! Thank you so much for letting us use your home Joseph! We hope to stay again when visiting our son in the winter months!

Oh my goodness the first thing we have to say is the place smelled so amazing that I’m definitely contacting them to get their secrets for my house. The house was so beautifully set up and clean. The house has such wonderful accommodations something for every person that could enter whether a single couple or family of four. We will definitely be staying again and recommending to all our family and friends. The pool was Awesome so well kept up and not to chlorinated. The view from the master bedroom is spectacular. Love this place.

Our family needed a place to stay for a competition at Jacksonville Sporting Clay Range. This house was the absolute perfect location! My son loved being able to fish off the dock! I was able to lounge by the pool and read a book in our down time. We will definitely book this location again!

Great place that is centrally located to the Jacksonville area. Close to the Tincuan trailhead and many attractions. House has pretty much all you need with a scenic view.

We were delighted with this charming home! It has 3 spacious bedrooms with a living room and fireplace! Plenty of parking. The backyard had so much to offer. A dock on the canal with abundant wildlife. Joseph answered any questions we ask.We would love to book it again. Thrilled we got a chance to be there. Convenient to everything .

I would recommend, dish towels, wash clothes, dishwasher soap, shampoo, bath soap and more toilet paper be supplied with the property.

Our stay was wonderful. The host was very attentive. He provided all details and was very easy to stay in contact with. The property was right on the water, relaxing, and as described on VRBO. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a very comfortable stay at this location. The dolphin watching was amazing, they really came in much closer than expected. We fished from the dock and caught some nice reds and tripletail along with some speckled trout. The property owner was extremely accommodating due to the circumstances of hurricane Milton. For our needs the location was perfect and we would certainly stay here again. Much better than wasting money on hotels. Thank you again, Joseph, for your impeccable hospitality.
