3 Bed, 2 Bath home steps from private community pool and minutes from the beach!

We loved the property. The house was clean and nice. The beds were so comfy. The house was roomy and cozy. The community was easy to get into with the info that was provided. Everything is about 5-10 mins away so it was easy to get out and explore. The pictures do not do the place justice! James is great! We didnt have any issues with communication. The only thing that we didnt like was the sprinklers. They are automated and come on during check out. Other than that our stay was perfect. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind for future vacations!

This property was the perfect fit for our stay in Panama City Beach! It's central location made it easy to get around town and the pool was perfect for red flag days at the beach. The host was extremely nice, as was the neighborhood! It was the perfect spot for our family and we would stay here again!!

Beautiful house, very spacious and comfortable! A great location to the beach and all the local attractions, cannot suggest this place enough. Felt very safe and secure. Property was very clean. They were very satisfied with this house.

loved this beach house! my kids had a blast. the frogs on the front/ back porch were a hit with the littles. the pool was super convenient. nothing was too terribly far from front beach road/beaches. would book again.

The property was as described. We traveled for IronMan 70.3 & this was a place our group could gather, plan, rest & enjoy. Central to race location and minutes from anything we could possibly need. Owner was quickly accessible when we had an issue getting in the front door. Overall great stay!

It was great. The picture is a little deceiving as it's not near the ocean and the pool is closed this time of year. But all in all it was a very nice stay.

We are from Oklahoma. My son played in a little league world series there in PCB. The house was clean, close to the fields, and other attractions. It was nice, after a long hot day at the ballpark, to come back to place that felt like home. Loved the little yard and pond next to the house. Liked that it was a gated community and close to the pool. Definitely will stay again and recommend this property to anyone! Thanks for allowing my family to enjoy your home!
