3 BDR Gated Home, 2 King Beds, Near Medical Center, NRG Stadium & Downtown

The home is beautiful but the location is horrible. It's in the hood.... Vrbo needs to show the location before you book your stay. This is unacceptable.

This is a great place to stay for a function at NRG Park or if you need somewhere to stay near the Medical Center.House was very nice, very spacious, and very secure. Being able to use the app to access the gate operator and being able to park in a secured garage was a bonus!Will definitely stay here again when we need a place in the area!

This was a beautiful and well maintained home. I stayed with 2 colleagues for a work trip. While I wasn’t familiar with the area this home was located, I found it to be very peaceful. I was told by friends who live in the Houston area that it might not be the safest neighborhood, but we did not have any issues. I’m originally from Queens, NY and I didn’t feel unsafe AT ALL! The owners were amazing and truly we felt right at home! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a home away from home!

We truly enjoyed our stay this weekend. The home is exactly as pictured. The host has excellent communication and is very responsive. The tvs in every bedroom is a huge plus, as my family were all able to enjoy their favorite shows. The kitchen is modern and plenty of appliances to prepare home cooked meals. The gate adds a touch of extra security so we slept well in the comfy beds every night! We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! The house was clean, the host was very accommodating, and most of all we felt so safe! I would stay here again absolutely!

Lovely rental option. We wanted to be close to NRG stadium so location was ideal. House was clean. There was some train noise at night but not overly impactful. Kids slept through it. Even my 8 year granddaughter told me she really liked the house. Would stay there again, if we go to another football game.

It's been 10 days since we checked out and I’m still waiting on my $1500 damage deposit to be returned.

The house was absolutely lovely. Spacious and beautiful.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It was less than 10 minutes to NRG which was perfect since we were there attending a game. The fenced in/gated property made us feel secure. There was enough parking for two vehicles if you use the garage.

We loved the Home. We have a preference for new and modern and this home certainly is that. Very clean and fresh, with all the desired appliances and amenities, with very accommodating, friendly and responsive Hosts. Great location for us as we were in town for a University of Houston event.

We stayed at this property to attend the Luke Combs concert at NRG Stadium. This property was very close to the venue and other places we wanted to visit while in Houston. Properly was very clean and modern and had everything we needed. We were initially concerned about the location and surrounding neighborhood, but we felt safe with the security gate etc and had no issues.

It was very very nice and peaceful stay. The house was so nice and clean and very big. I was amazed at the layout of the house and the private patio that was mentioned was very nice.

It was much bigger than I expected which we all loved. The location was perfect. We loved it overall.

While the home was newer it wasn’t the expectation that was described. Gated in my hometown versus the gated here is quite different. I was not expecting the abandoned and dilapidated houses all around. The bathrooms had mold and the shower in primary was dirty. The stair walls had dirt marks all over. The flooring was coming apart in the primary. I wound up finding a much nicer and safer area to stay in Sugar Land and had a better experience. The host never sent exterior photos as I requested and I now know why. I have high expectations and while the reviews were great, my arrival astounded me. We left after 10 minutes and never went back. If you’re from the area, then you already know what to expect. I don’t usually leave bad reviews. So on a positive note, the check in experience was extremely easy and the host left a good instruction booklet. As a clean freak or germiphope with high end expectations I should have done more research.

We stayed at this property to attend my step sons graduation. It was absolutely fabulous! The home is exactly as pictured. Very clean! The property owner responded very quickly to any questions that I may have had. A very simple checkout process! The neighborhood is older but it was quiet for the most part. We felt safe in the home.
