This place was perfect for our family. The beach chairs provided was so nice. Loved having gas grill. The kids loved the bikes. The view was perfect. The beach was so quiet and peaceful. You are so close to the water. It was nice to have a garage. The owner had great communication. The condo was clean and updated. I can’t say anything negative. Would love to stay again.

The property has everything you need and you aren’t fighting big crowds on the beach. Kids love being able to enjoy the pool too. The host is great at communicating with you if you run into any issues and helps make sure your stay is the best it can be. Definitely would recommend this place and will be staying here again in the future!

Beautiful view of the beach from king bedroom upstairs! Loved the balcony off the room. Easy walk directly oceanfront to the ocean! Beautiful and comfortable home equipped with everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Every year my family attempts to take a vacation together, it is very difficult being we all live in different places, plus my son/family is in the military & I have to say this was one of my very favorite places we have stayed. I have stayed at The Shores different times & enjoyed it but this townhouse was by far the best, from the nice appliances, the well-stocked kitchen, the coffee bar, the upstairs bedroom that my grandkids loved & all of the beach chairs, toys, etc. that was supplied in the garage, not to mention the extra refrigerator. Thank you Donna the use of your beautiful townhouse & for giving my family a much-needed vacation & time together.

We had a wonderful time. The property was very clean, comfortable, and loaded with everything we needed. The property is so close to Rosemary Beach and all the 30A fun!

This was our second year in a row staying in this area of PCB, in these fabulous units. We love the privacy, with no street access unless through the garage with a code. We feel comfortable letting our independent kiddos come and go for lunch, restroom, etc, without worry. The location is perfect with nightlife to the east at PCB, or west in 30A. This unit feels like home away from home with beautiful updates, comfortable beds, and space to accommodate larger families.

Loved Donna’s condo! It’s in a great location. directly on the beach & in a quieter section of the beach so no fighting crowds. The condo has everything you could need & is close to anything else you might want. Donna was also extremely responsive any time I had a question. Would definitely recommend.

Beautifully decorated condo with easy access to beach. Clean and comfortable furnishings. Everything we needed for kitchen, nice appliances. Upstairs tiled showers are luxurious. Nooks for kids with cozy bedding and tvs. Extra fridge and freezer in garage was great. Nice chairs and beach toys in garage so don’t worry about bringing those. Flight of stairs with rail from garage and laundry area up to main floor. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this place again.

We loved everything about our stay at this townhouse! It was clean and well maintained, with a great layout and location. It accommodated multiple families across four generations perfectly, and the hosts are extremely generous with all the extras they make available. You seriously need to bring only clothes and beach towels. Donna was quick to respond and took care of any issues that popped up. Would definitely stay again!

We were at this property for 11 days. The house is absolutely perfect. The hostess was wonderful…. We saw dolphins 9 out of the 11 days… we will absolutely be back.

This is a perfect villa for a family vacation. We traveled with our two sons and their wives. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and space for privacy for everyone. The decor of the villa is gorgeous. The owner has attended to every detail and anticipated need. This vacation rental is so perfect that we are going to rebook for next year—a first for us!

This place was amazing! Our stay at this beachfront condo at Sunnyside Beach was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views that greeted us through extra large windows in the spacious living room. The condo is impeccably designed, blending modern elegance with cozy coastal vibes that make you feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf. Mornings were relaxing and beautiful, sipping coffee on the spacious balcony. The condo itself is spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen, plush bedding, and all the amenities you could need for a perfect beach getaway. The proximity to Panama City Beach’s vibrant scene was a huge plus—local eateries, shops, and attractions like Pier Park were just a short drive away, yet the condo felt like a serene oasis. The property’s pool and beach access made it easy to soak up the sun. This condo is a gem for anyone seeking a luxurious, hassle-free beach escape. I’m already counting down the days until we can return! Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone craving a slice of paradise.

Absolutely amazing! This place has everything! Really the only thing that you will need to stay here is a change of clothes! The grill absolutely made the trip! We grilled out scallops, shrimp, fish, steaks, chicken for lunch and dinner every day. We probably saved 1,500 or more on our trip just by cooking at the house every night vs going out to eat. And the kitchen had every utensil imaginable. The nicest place we've ever stayed in PCB, no doubt. Beds were comfortable showers were great. Just a fabulous place to call home for a week. Hope to stay there again in the future!

Is a great location if you are looking for the quiet side of PCB. Literally 10 steps away from the beach, which was awesome! The owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The owner provided everything needed for a great day at the beach! Just FYI....the assigned parking spots do not accommodate regular size trucks or SUV's. Garage was a very tight fit for our standard size truck.

This is 3rd time we have stayed in this townhome. Each stay has felt like home, extremely clean with everything you could need.

This is our second time renting this property! It is our absolute favorite, we have already booked again for next June!!!

Beautiful home and beautiful beaches. Donna was so easy to communicate with. The home is incredible and was immaculate when we checked in. Access to the beach was just out the back door. Location was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful yet easily accessible to shopping and restaurants.

We have stayed at this property several times and we just love it. It is clean and well decorated and the location is the best. It is steps to the beach which you cannot beat! Donna is great to work with! Can't wait to stay here again!

We have been frequent vacationers to the Destin area for years and have been looking for a vacation property that will accommodate our big family and give us easy access to the beach. We have found it! Everything exceeded our expectations and we appreciate the wonderful communication with the host. The care and hard work that goes into this property is very obvious and it was like a home away from home! If this property is available for our next stay, we will definitely be back!!! As far as we're concerned, we've found our go to vacation rental!!!

The home was absolutely beautiful and the decor was lovely. Everything you could think of needing was provided, including all beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. Donna was a fantastic host and was readily available by text for questions/assistance.
