Stayed Sep 2, 2025Overall this was excellent. I thought it was weird that no washcloths were provided. We had to go buy washcloths at Walgreens. I also saw other people in there buying some, so maybe this whole complex doesn't provide washcloths, but that is typically provided. We left the washcloths as well, so ?There was no single use laundry packs. Usually there is a single use pack. We had to buy this as well.The floor was coming up in several places which isn't reflected in the online photos. Overall the property was very nice and clean. Location was great.

Stayed Apr 20, 2025My biggest tiff with the property management is they did not disclose the pool was under construction. While there was a second pool to journey to somewhere on the property, there were no signs and no people around to ask. When I asked the management company about that fact that they did not know about the construction they went radio silent. You need to disclose these things for vacationers to know how to plan their days. Not the end of the world but we did plan a pool day. I asked for a night credit and received no response.
