The house was big and worked for our extended family. There were some issues with piles of dirty laundry left, probably by the previous tenant, which the property manager did take care of when we told him. There were some minor repairs needed to the front step, which worried me with my elderly mother-in-law. When we left those had not been addressed. I assume they have been by now. Overall it was a good place for us. We would likely want to stay there again.
We were in town for a death in our family and this house provided the perfect place for us to be together but still have our space. It was a perfect location, and there are some great food places nearby. We did have an issue with some things not being cleaned but when I brought it to the attention of the owners they offered to immediately send the cleaners back through. They were very communicative and accommodating when we needed to add an extra day or two. We would definitely stay here again!
The house was beautifully decorated. Super cozy The property manager was easy to get ahold of and very pleasant. The house was absolutely perfect for our group, we put the kids and young adults upstairs and the adults downstairs. The size and space was great. The kitchen basically had everything we needed. Small coffee pot downstairs. We had to make a few pots to satisfy us coffee drinkers. There were a few minor laundry issues, sheets, and towels, etc but overall a great stay and would recommend it. Thanks
Overall pretty clean, organized, not cluttered, easy working with owner, and it's the perfect place for families.
House was perfect for us, easy to access, and love the Buffalo flair of the decorations.
Nice place and we enjoyed our stay. However, getting deposit back has been a mystery, there has been no correspondence ndance about cleaning deposit
Nicely done with good size appliances, lots of dishes and glassware. Good sized table downstairs at least for the 7 of us that stayed. Furnace is very responsive and well balanced. The downstairs unit sleeps 7. There are 2 hooks in the bathroom and none in the bed rooms to hang wet towels. Small ledges in the bed rooms for glasses, cell phones etc. would be nice. Small mirrors in the bedrooms would be nice. Only mirror is in the high-in-demand bathroom. The placement of the downstairs toilet is nice - could be used while someone was in the shower. Not much you can do about it but there is no place to put a suitcase (at least in the downstairs queen room). We were impressed with the coffee, sugar etc in the kitchen. We did have to buy dish detergent and take the dish washer soap from the upstairs unit. Perhaps the cleaners need a better check list. Seven of us congregated in the downstairs living room one evening an enjoyed ourselves. We were extended family going to a memorial service and enjoyed our together and down time. One confession: We miss-calculated the size of the black top in back and got stuck in the mud. Got out but left ruts.
