2nd-floor condo near Okemo Mtn with streaming, WiFi, partial AC, & full kitchen

The surrounding area of the condo was full of trash and broken down vehicles. Pillows were old, flat and stained. Condo was cluttered and needs a makeover. Lights didn’t work and some windows would not lock. Bedroom doors wouldn’t shut.

This place was nice. Parking wasn't clear when we arrived. The WiFi and password given didn't work. We had to call, and it took over an hour to get access. The service was really bad inside the apartment, and we were trying to message our friends who were coming and send them door access, where to park, etc...

The house is very outdated. You can hear everything. We had neighbors above us and you hear their conversations. Moreover, when we checked in there was beeping fire alarm and we called to the host to fix it, but nobody came. We ended up fixing it by ourselves. It is hard to reach the host if something wrong. The fridge was also very noisy. My advice to bring earplugs if you want to have a normal sleep.

Place was fine for what we needed. The building was a little tricky to locate and the common areas were a little janky but the apartment was ok. We just needed a place to crash after riding so we weren’t looking for much and this did the job at a very reasonable price.

The property looked much better in pictures than it actually was in real life. There was a thermostat listed as being on property. It took us three days to find it because it was located behind the refrigerator which was pushed up right against it. So we spent three days, sweating it out the whole time and having to open the windows to try to cool off. When the heat does come on, it makes an extremely loud ticking noise that makes it very difficult to sleep. There are also a lot of loud booming noises outside that we couldn’t locate the source of. There are very few amenities in this “condo“and it is a very basic place if that is what you’re looking for. I contacted the property manager about the thermostat during my stay and never received a response. The smoke alarm batteries also died during our stay, but I didn’t bother trying to contact anyone because I figured they wouldn’t answer any of my calls. The exterior of the house is also extremely Basic, there’s a reason they don’t picture that in any of the pictures. I would definitely not recommend that anyone stay at this property. Maybe if it was about half the price it would be OK.

Check in was not easy as the unit was a little confusing to find especially at night. They could use better lighting and signage. Also, the Wi-Fi info they gave us was not correct and there is no phone service so we had to go into town to contact the owner to get the right info. Luckily communication was good and they gave us the correct info fairly quickly. The listing says there is a dishwasher, but there is no dishwasher. Everything else was as described. The place was clean on the surface, but there were some flys (which was stage for the winter) which we think we're coming from under the couch. The location was good for skiing (about 10 minutes from Okemo). I think this place was good for the price since it was the lowest prices 3 bedroom in the area when we booked it.
