We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am.



STARTER SUPPLIES : This is a self-served unit and we recommend all guests to purchase daily necessities prior to their arrival. We provide the starter pack of toiletries. If any initial supplies (coffee, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use.



PARKING : Guest park vehicles at their own risk and must abide by all community, city, county and state parking rules and laws. All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking spots.



INSECTS:

It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate the insects. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open-doors and the previous guest's shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.

    The door had the electronic key and also a box. The box got in the way, and we had to key in the door at least two times to get in.I felt like the condo was very cheaply supplied. They did not even have a can opener or a toilet plunger and we needed both. The beds were so uncomfortable, and the bedding did not fit the beds. It also got cold and you did not have sufficient blankets. We could not wait to get back into our house. My back and my husband's back was so bad from the beds.

    What a perfect spot for our needs! We stayed for several days due to a local lacrosse tournament and this property was located equidistant from both venues. The property was clean and had everything our family of 4 needed. We appreciated the lovely decor and comfortable beds. There were enough bath towels and the hosts even provided towels for the pool - very thoughtful touch! We enjoyed sitting in the screened lanai overlooking a peaceful pond. Communication with our host was excellent and super responsive when we ended up accidentally locking our car keys in the unit as we were checking out (d’oh!). Thank you for a wonderful stay and we would definitely return!
