2BR/2Bath Condo Near Disney–gated resort, free Wifi & parking

When I arrived at the condo, check-in at the clubhouse was easy and went without any issues. However, when I got to the unit, I was disappointed to find that it was not clean. The hallway vent was covered in dust, the kitchen floor was sticky, and both the patio and entryway were dirty. The temperature inside was also set to 76F, making it uncomfortable upon arrival.I contacted the owner, and she responded quickly and offered to send someone to clean. While I appreciated the prompt response, I wasn’t comfortable having someone come in to clean while I was staying there. Instead, I went to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies and ended up cleaning the floors and other areas myself.I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience.

Small hiccup when we arrived as code given was incorrect but host responded very quickly. Spacious accommodation in a great complex we used the pool and the gym regularly. Excellent location for Disney parks. Only slight was there was a bit of rubbish from previous guests which hadn’t been cleaned (under the bedside table in 2nd bedroom). Other than that was clean and well equipped. Loved having the balcony for morning coffee! Would stay here again.

Condo was good. We weren't there very much. We didn't cook while there but the kitchen was well stocked. The refrigerator light was not working so it was dark in the fridge. The living room tv set up was confusing. There was a remote for a dvd player that wasn't there. They had a roku stick but no remote for it. There was suppose to be cable tv but we never was able to figure it out so it was confusing. The bedrooms and baths were adequate. All in all it was a good stay. Would recommend it if you don't mind walking up stairs to get to the condo which are right inside the entry door.

We had excellent communcation with our host. The property was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for a nice stay. The resort is very peaceful.

Choose this place, cause of the location and the pictures of the house showed a beautiful one. I know its was not the owner fault, but out of the 9 nights we heard police, fire truck sirens everynight. In the twin bedroom the sheets did not fit the bed properly and kept coming off in the middle of the night. They were very old sheets. The pillows were do thin and flimsy that it wasnt worth sleeping on.There was food under the bed and the night stand. No dresser in the twin room. All the furniture had either stains or missing paint chips. Told we can't turn the air conditioning lower that 74 degrees, which still makes an upstair unit very hot. Wall Switches need to be marked for what they belong to. There was a 1/2 roll of toilet paper and was told we had to buy more if needed. The hallway bathroom shower make a horrible sound when on. Kitchen table was all greasy with fingerprints all over it. There was two different check-out directions, One on the door and the other in a 3-ring binder. Light bulbs need to be replaced as some are burnt out. Even though the location is awesome and only a 10 minute drive to WDW, the rest of it was not.

We chose this condo for a last-minute Disney trip due to its unbeatable price and fantastic location (5 mins to parks, 1 min to Walmart). The space is great for families, including a stroller, Pack 'n Plays, and a well-stocked kitchen.However, the unit showed significant neglect upon arrival. We encountered a broken sink, a fridge with no light, a gap under the front door letting in pests, a malfunctioning garage door, and initial cleanliness issues like a sticky carpet spot.While the handyman was excellent and fixed the major problems (sink, door seal), management's approach was lacking. They dismissed the garage door as an unfixable, complex-wide issue. I found and fixed it myself in seconds, a simple disconnected wire. The fridge light was never repaired.You get what you pay for. You're paying for space and location, not luxury or proactive maintenance. Be prepared to report issues, but know that the responsive handyman will likely resolve them. Recommended for budget-conscious travelers who don't mind a few hassles.

Our stay was nice. It was right beside Walmart and severa food places.

Only 10 minutes from any of the Disney parks! Super clean, nice neighborhood, close to Walmart. It was perfect for our vacation.

This apartment was close enough to all attractions and had everything we needed during our stay. We do wish the pool and weight room were open longer hours but still enjoyed them one evening when we didn't have a theme park to go to. Would stay here again.

This is a fantastic property here in Orlando. Super facilities and fantastic location. I recommend this property.

I stayed here for the second time and it was just as nice as my first visit. Will book again on my next stay to Orlando.

Property was exactly as described. Great location, well equipped, and a very nice clubhouse and pool area. Additionally, the unit was very quiet, with no noticable noises from adjacent units or traffic noise.

The place was convenient to where we needed to go.

Great clean condo. Owner very responsive as property manager company had forgotten starter pak. Mistakes happen but she was fast responding and quick with a solution. Good location and nice gated community

Perfect location for Disney stay! We could not have asked for a better location. Loved the driveway so we did not have to walk from the car across a parking lot after a long day in the parks. The host was extremely responsive to my many questions and made every effort to accommodate my requests. We had everything we needed and Walmart was literally right next door without being bothersome. Comfy beds, great showers, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer. Highly recommend and will stay again!
