Stayed Aug 22, 2025As we were going to Niagra Falls, the location was perfect. The neighborhood wasn't great, but we never felt unsafe. The apartment was very clean and the furnishings comfortable. The listing could've been a little more forthcoming about the stairs being very steep. Another issue was the excessive amount of cameras. It felt very Big Brother.

Stayed May 24, 2025My husband and I booked this trip based on the photos of the inside of the house and written description provided by the renters(Which looked lovely). As we pulled up to the house, we witnessed a couple of delinquents stumbling through the neighborhood (at 4:00 pm in the afternoon) and then a loose stray dog running across the street. The surrounding houses are unkept and some boarded up. We felt extremely unsafe so much that it prevented us from staying there. When we contacted the renters with our concerns of safety they did not even offer any dollars back to us.I highly caution you from staying here.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024Listing advertised as a cosy “house.” However, in reality, it is a 2nd floor “unit,” reachable by a steep staircase. As my partner is handicapped (trachea, lung issues) it was impossible to stay here. Owner was notified of same. Tried to get refund as unit wasn’t used but answer was no. I was told it was my problem for not letting them know he was handicapped. What?!? Don’t let yourself be taken as I was…almost $600 down the drain!
