Start your mornings on the front deck, sipping coffee while surrounded by the peaceful, tree-lined neighborhood. Inside, large windows bring in an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. The living room features a queen-sized sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV, providing a cozy space for movie nights after a day at the beach or by the pool. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare home-cooked meals, with a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and full-sized appliances. The adjacent dining area offers seating for four, with an additional breakfast bar for casual dining or a quick snack. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience during longer stays.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

    My wife and 10mo old daughter stayed here on our beach vacation. Logistics and finding the place were great, location was good and the pool was great. House was pretty dirty once we got settled and had a closer look. Pretty bad ant problem in the main bedroom bathroom and a lot of dead ants on the walls. My real problem was with Benchmark rental company who provide about the cheapest amenities possible (transparent toilet paper and plastic soap) and only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper. This was communicated beforehand but is still ridiculous for a rental house to not include basic human necessities. For the price we paid for the house it all felt so cheap and ridiculous. Beyond what I was inundated with texts from them asking to review them and making sure I contacted them first if I didn’t want to leave a 5 star review. SHADY. I’m sure whatever PE firm owns them will never read this but while we enjoyed the house are overall stay was pretty meh.
